You can find some good quality pieces as it's right in the middle of Brentwood. The manager has been very helpful, even going out of the way to assist us with a delivery last year on his own time. On my…read moreprevious visits, items were scattered everywhere, but now there's a clear improvement in how everything is arranged by brand, color, type, and size. My only complaint is with the items behind the glass, it's hard to see the prices, and even harder to get an employee's attention. There's a call button, but no one seems to respond; I've pressed it three times with no luck. I usually just take a photo and ask about it at the front desk when I remember.

The prices didn't blow us away, but it was certainly cheaper than what we would've paid at Petco or Target. We had to wait forever to checkout though, the line was queued up into the shopping area because they were so backed up.

Today I came to just exchange a sweater that didn't fit and was planning to shop (I.e. SPEND MORE MONEY than what the sweater cost) and the girl working said "we have a 14 day policy so sorry." Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer? I shop at certain boutiques because of the customer service, then the quality of merchandise. This place seems to have cute but expensive clothes, definitely never going to have me as a customer here. Horrible policy's and "customer service!"

Much less help the woman in the fitting room trying on tops. Another woman's children were running a muck all over the store and hiding in the racks. I had no idea this place was a part time day care as well. Where I knocked stars off is the sale room still contained the same crap from 2 weeks ago and the sale denim rack's didn't go down any further. I noticed they got in new inventory but nothing I loved. Disappointing the second time around. I doubt I'll be back for a third.

Unfortunately, it is very expensive. Atypical blouse will run between $60 and $78, and if you happen to find a sale usually runs about $40. It's too pricey for me! Insert super sad face here.

I know the end tables are almost all the same, as I've purchased them 4 years ago. The pillows are GORGEOUS, but at $180 EACH, they are way overpriced. Most everything else seems to be better priced than the pillows. I was shocked as the quality doesn't justify that price tag. Staff is hit or miss if they are friendly and helpful. I hope when the new store opens at the Factory, this store continues to thrive and hopefully rotate inventory a little more. They do have SOME unique pieces.

Tonight Doc got us reservations for a Speakeasy Mystery Crawl in Nashville. The COLD night air confirmed I better buy a black coat to match the new black dress since they have a dress code. Thankfully I found a bedazzled light weight black coat for $30, bling earrings and a ring to get into the mood for this evening's 7:30 pm event. This shop did not have that musty smell like Goodwill or Savers. We'd shop for music or Big Sky bears ages ago but not clothes. I think watching Twilight Zone in my school age years gave me the Willie's of wearing someone else's clothes. Hub's aunty even told them she had nightmares with her own mom's clothes when she passed. Hopefully the one sage bundle i saw in the shop will be cleansing enough with my purchases. Hubs stayed in the car with Grandpup and Doc decided to go next door and treated us to coffee. Thanks Doc for driving again today and the afternoon caffeine.

The lady who was working with us was helpful and arranged a centerpiece for our dining table. Probably not a store for kids as this is mostly just grown up home decor stuff. They do not accept returns so be prepared to love what you buy because you own it. We will be back in the future for sure.
