We've recently spoken to an attorney about suing them. After reading through over a hundred bad reviews about Gray's Disposal on various platforms, the attorney has suggested a class action suit to recoup our losses. Their service is inconsistent at best, and when they do show up, they somehow manage to make things worse. I've had missed pickups, trash left scattered around, and customer service that's as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Trying to get a response from them is like shouting into the void. They either ignore calls completely or give vague excuses with no actual resolution. If you enjoy overpaying for stress and frustration, then by all means, sign up with Grey's. I am a walker and don't mind getting my happy ass up and down but these stores are just SO spread out it makes it rather difficult if you are carrying bags or its cold/rainy outside. They offer some really great discount stores that are near and dear to my heart like Michaels, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. They also have a movie theater, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc within very short driving distance. Parking can be slightly crowded, but it's typically not horrible. This mall is a good stop in for a couple things (that are cheap) kind of place, but I wouldn't recommend it for heavy duty shopping.
