I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. I was told they "couldn't" refund the 2 pairs ($100) to my cc because "you paid with a gift card and credit card on the same transaction. You have to do 2 separate transactions if you want to be able to be refunded." Even though the receipt reflected the actual amount of the gift card and the more expensive shoes I'd kept. What sort of antiquated software do they use??? I was told to relax. "It's no big deal! You'll still get *some* of your money back to your credit card." Rude employees, absolutely baffling software even they couldn't sort out and had to call a manager elsewhere, 20 minutes trying to make a very simple return on shoes (that, pro-tip, could be found across the parking lot at Nordstrom Rack for the same price and presumably seamless returns)- and now I am stuck with the same amount of credit I had already been trying to spend on something worthwhile for 16 months to no avail. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

By the end of it I walked away with a new pair of shoes that I've been testing for roughly a week and a half, and honestly I'm not moved by it. I also wouldn't consider myself as a hard or complicated customer/client - I just asked questions but felt like I was pulling teeth. And we were shocked that they carry our favorite Advocare products including almost every flavor of Spark in both canisters and packets! We haven't seen any other stores selling this product. If we ever run out of Spark at home, we know where to go!
