The return policy is a huge inconvenience because…read moreit's easier to return something from a China right now as the store does not issue refunds just exchanges. If you're traveling through town, it's basically impossible to get your money back. I've been trying to find another piece to replace one item I bought that needed ho being way too short. I'm not one to wear things that show half of my butt. For the price point, I expected better quality items. I really like this store and would like to support local but I will not be coming back. The last dress I bought was so cute and transparent. I don't expect that from a dress that costs $80. They said use shape wear and it'll work but it made me look like I have rolls. When I tried to return this, the receipt was somehow lost so they would not take the dress back. Within 7 days, they were evidently unable to pull the purchase from my account. I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.

I was slightly disappointed with their selection though. There wasn't much in the way of basketball shorts. Most of the shorts and clothing they had were all running focused. My wife really liked their selection of yoga pants and bike shorts. Not going to lie, I was kind of jealous seeing all the clothing options they had on her side. It made the men's section feel empty as there are even women's clothing on the men's side of the store. We'll definitely be back and I'm hoping there is a better selection next time.

About 6 employees in the store, most of which were huddled together watching videos on their phone, gossiping, and ignoring everyone. Literally two other customers in the whole store. I came in to purchase boots for my wife but after 10 minutes of no help and seeming like I was a bother for wanting to purchase something I left empty handed. Boots are nice but definitely not nice enough to endure such poor customer service. I don't understand their business model as anyone who can afford to shop there expects a minimal level of customer service and will happily spend their money elsewhere. Instead you get a bunch of lazy and snobbish employees who couldn't themselves afford a pair of Lucchese boots yet treat customers beneath them. Based on the number of reviews RE the poor customer service, it seems like a deliberate top down strategy and a serious managerial problem. I would avoid this location at all costs.
