I have never taken the time to leave a review anywhere before, but I felt that Madison truly deserved one. She was such a lovely young lady and was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me with finding a new pair of running shoes. I have always had a terribly difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and fit properly, and I have often felt like I was left to figure it out on my own. Madison went above and beyond to make sure I found something that worked well for me, and I am so very grateful for her help. Fleet Feet has a wonderful selection of shoes and activewear, and the customer service was just exceptional. I am so pleased with my experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much, Madison, for making what is usually such a frustrating experience into such a pleasant one! read more

What a great store! They can scan your feet and give you complete information to buy the correct shoes! It was a fantastic experience. I've been wearing the wrong shoes (sizes, widths and mechanics) for years. Very helpful!! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. They made the experience very memorable. It's no wonder why they were suggested by two of my local friends to help. Thanks again! read more

I have been a customer of fleet feet in Murfreesboro for 15 years. I went last week and met Cory, he was so nice and helpful. I had a hard time deciding on what shoes to buy. He ordered a pair of Ultra's with extra cushion. When they arrived he had a pair of ASICS and a pair of Saucony to compare. I am 70 years old, walk 2 miles a day plus everyday chores. I decided on the Asics and I so appreciate Cory for taking the time for me. read more

I have now bought 3 pair of shoes from FF. And have been treated above and beyond each and every time. My last visit/purchase was a pair of walking shoes by Hoka. The young man that helped me was outstanding (Kegan) and the nicest employee anyone could ask for in their shopping experience. FF should be proud of this young man. He represented your business with highest integrity and kindness. Please buy local. And help support this establishments in our wonderful city. The 5 star rating is for Kegan and his manger on duty at the time. Lee read more

Excellent experience. They stand by their return policy and the foot scan is great information to help you select shoes better suited to your feet. Unfortunately they didn't have a ton of options that I felt like worked. But friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the products. read more

Normally I don't review stores, but this one is worth it! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on shoes. I learned that I had been buying shoes wrong! I had the wrong size and was even buying the wrong type for my foot. Anyways, I found the best shoes for walking and I'll only be coming here from now on. read more

Excellent service and overall experience! Isabella and Ethan were very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. My husband and I could not have been happier with the process! Shoes were priced similarly to those online of brands they offered there, which surprised me as I would have thought they'd be more. read more

Poor customer service with condescending sales people!! I do not like to try and have something I don't want pushed on me and that is exactly what they tried to do unsuccessfully!! I've bought from here before and have brought others here who have also made purchases BUT no more!! It's about listening and allowing the customer to tell what they want and are looking for...don't settle...I work way TOO hard for my money to but something I'm mot happy with a purchase!!! read more

Friendly and helpful. They fit me in a pair of Brooks and gave me a lot of information.

Highly dissapointed with Fleet Feet Murfreesboro! I purchased a pair of Sauconys and after 3 days, I could not wear them due to pain in my hip. I tried to return them and exchange them for Hokas. I was told that since the Sauconys were purchased at a "Sale Price" they could not exchange for refund them. I would have loved to have known that policy PRIOR to buying a pair of shoes on "SALE." I HAD purchased my running shoes from them for the last 5 years. NEVER AGAIN! Please educate your sales team to disclose the FINE PRINT to customers before purchasing anything! read more

I started by going to the Fleet Feet in Franklin before Krista opened this one in the Boro. I have bought 3 pairs of shoes for myself and two pairs for my cross-country running daughter. I would not spend that much money (in excess of $100/pr) at a business unless I felt I was getting value. As in most successful businesses, it is the people that keep me coming back. At FF, they are knowledgeable, personable, not pushy, take your experience level and goals into account and give you several recommendations to choose from. At first, they will probably take you outside to watch you run, or put you on the treadmill with the cool FOOT-CAM that takes footage of you running for analysis of your foot motion, like whether you over-pronate or not (I do :( ). Be forewarned, the shoes here are not cheap; they are meant to carry you long distances over terrain that is hostile to your feet. If you want cheap shoes, go to K-Mart, but be prepared to pay the price. When you sign up for emails, you get advance info on races, invites to events where manufacturers will have shoe/sock etc samples for you to try on a training run, and sales news. For every $250 you spend, you get $25 off a purchase! I can't say enough about this business, go there and see for yourself! read more

The staff are genuine experts at finding the perfect running shoes for your feet. They have a sophisticated scanner to take a 3D image of your feet to achieve the perfect fit and address problems like pronation, arch issues, etc. I had both of my kids equipped here for cross country and was very pleased. It's not the cheapest place to buy running shoes, but if you want to do it right, this is the place. read more

Heard about On-Running shoes, so I checked them out online. The store that carries them in our city was Fleet Feet. I went by to check them out. I was kindly greeted and told about the shoes. Though they didn't have the size and color I wanted - they were willing to order them for me. Desiring to buy local I allowed them to order them. Within 9 days I received a call that my shoes arrived. The shoes were great- so I went back to order another pair, different color. Once again, I was helped by staff and told when to expect my new running shoes. The Fleet Feet staff called today and let me know my shoes arrived. Once again the staff did an excellent job having them ready and thanking me for my business. Well trained staff- shoes are fantastic. read more

I have been purchasing running shoes from Fleet Feet in Murfreesboro since my second half marathon in 2006. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had thought that I was a size 6.5 for most of my life, till I came to Fleet Feet and ran on the treadmill there. I received some much needed education and learned that I should actually be wearing a size 7! What a difference it made! It obviously made me more comfortable and bettered my running to say the least! Because of the care they gave me then, I will always trust Fleet Feet for all my running shoe needs. I just purchased my fourth pair from them in October. Yet again, they did not disappoint. I love my new New Balance shoes. Based on the sales representatives' suggestion, I changed the type of shoe I normally run in and she was right! They know what they are doing at Fleet Feet. FYI: They support Race for a Cure and Soles for Souls. They even have a running group you can train with, especially for the local Murfreesboro Middle Half and the Country Music Marathon. read more

Hands down the best customer service. Right now with COVID-19 you must wear a mask inside the building. If you do not have a mask they do offer them at 3 dollars each. They do limit the number of people inside the store so come early or be prepared to enjoy the bench out front. They aren't using the machine to measure the impact points on your feet at this point in time, corporation decision. This was my first time visiting the store and I did purchase two pair of shoes as well as a few other items. The lady that helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made a huge difference for me. We discussed everything from foot wear to sports bras. My husband's shoe size wasn't available in store so they had to order his and by the time I checked out they had already shipped his shoes! Who gives service like that anymore!?! I highly recommend this place. They are way more than just shoes and apparel. Just in our conversation she knew what I was looking for and was extremely patient. If you are unsure of which products you need or are just in need of accessories please go here, your feet will thank you. Lots of great accessories available as well. They do have a rewards program so make sure you sign up before leaving! read more

I've purchased a couple of pairs of shoes here. I like that they take the time to fit you properly and even had me go outside for a very quick trot to test them out. However, service has been just okay, bordering from good to mediocre, so not consistent. If you're looking for a proper fitting fitness/running shoe, stop by and check them out. Prices are not cheap, but anyone that works out regularly knows how important good shoes are, so it's worth it. Located a few spots down from Maggiano's. read more

Ok so, let me start by mentioning that I did not actually purchase anything from this store, I went in with a friend who needed running shoes. (I will find out his name and post soon) read more

I got first-class attention and service when I purchased my running shoes this week. After trying on several pairs, I am sure that I left with the best shoe for my needs. Fleet Feet in Murfreesboro is the place to go for sports shoes. The shoes are not cheap, but you're paying for the knowledge and experience of the staff. They will fit the shoes to your feet. They also sell everything you could want as a runner from sports bras to nutritionals. In addition they now have training programs, seminars on everything from nutrition to injury prevention, and group runs. I have done their Couch to 5K program and am now in the Half Marathon training program and both have been worth many times the money I paid to participate. I can't say enough good things about Fleet Feet. It's more than a store, it's a community. read more

I love the personal touch at Fleet Feet. I'm a distance runner, and I've always loved how I'm treated as an individual. When I'm shopping for shoes. Krista's memory of what shoes are best for my foot issues is simply amazing. I went most recently with my husband, who is recovering from heart surgery, and was so pleased to see that though his needs are quite different from mine at this point, the focus was on what he needed now. Paul took care of him, and my husband left both with a great pair of shoes and feeling good about cardiac rehab. Employees here make this a lovely shopping experience! read more
