I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... Either way I will be back and love this little shop dearly.

They offer all the classic souvenirs from hats, clothing, stickers, cups, art, snacks and more. They even have a cute pet area filled with all things Nashville. I liked the selection of hats, which is why I popped in honestly. They have a large wall up front outfitted with lots of Nashville hats. They are priced each around $30, which seems standard for a hat these days. Overall, Knick Nash is a neat souvenir shop worth a pop by when wandering around the mall with time on your hands.

They have tons of signs and decorations and serveware for the home. They also have a section for wedding gifts and bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts. I've been shopping here for gifts for years now, for people coming into town to visit or when I head out of town to bring something "local" to my host.
