Today I came to just exchange a sweater that didn't fit and was planning to shop (I.e. SPEND MORE MONEY than what the sweater cost) and the girl working said "we have a 14 day policy so sorry." Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer? I shop at certain boutiques because of the customer service, then the quality of merchandise. This place seems to have cute but expensive clothes, definitely never going to have me as a customer here. Horrible policy's and "customer service!"

Only then was I informed that they had already been donated because the store had supposedly sent three text messages that I never received. Not one. The first successful communication I received wasn't a reminder, a warning, or an opportunity to retrieve my property. It was being told that my clothing was already gone. What happened next was somehow even more insulting. After learning that my items had been donated, I was offered $30.93 if I was willing to drive to the store and pick through what can only be described as a palace of dollar bins. Years of collecting. Designer pieces. Premium denim. Gone. The solution? Thirty dollars and ninety-three cents. The entire experience felt less like customer service and more like being informed of a decision that had already been made without me. What bothers me most isn't that a mistake occurred. It's the complete confidence in a process that never successfully contacted me, followed by a resolution so disconnected from the value of what was lost that it felt almost sarcastic. If you're bringing in clothing you actually care about, understand that "we sent a text" and "you were informed" appear to be considered the same thing. I learned a very expensive lesson. Plato's Closet learned that $30.93 is apparently the price of accountability.

PARKING - I would plan to park behind the building there's a free parking with a ticket in the window for a period of time. It worked out well for me as I was in and out pretty quickly. STAFFING - No one really greets you or asks if you need help, which I kinda like and prefer, however it did FEEL like I was being judged as I walked around and looked at everything, being the first visit to this location.
