This Old Navy is situated in large shopping complex along with Five Below, Best Buy and few other major retailers. It is your standard Old Navy location for the most part. I used to love Old Navy for a variety of reasons, especially their selection of shirts and jackets, but today's stores are always so disorganized, and it is overwhelming to get through...and this location is an example of just that. Service is also an issue at this location. Never staff on the floor and the registers back up very easily. Overall, I miss the Old Navy's of the past. If I find myself in this complex, I will pop by, but wouldn't go out of my way. read more

I'd say each time I come to this store, it doesn't matter if it's a weekend, weekday, day or night it's usually trashed, and usually have long lines to try on and long lines to check out or return or even simple just order pick up! I'm increasing a star in my review because I do think things have gotten a little better with time. I love that they are being more size inclusive but that also means most of the mediums and larges and 6-10s are already sold out. I also HATE that things aren't priced the same online and in store with the same promos. Maybe there's just an XS and S in something that is 40% off today but I go online and it's a different price and different discount. HOWEVER PRO TIP. Not sure if they are supposed to match online but it's always worth it to ask! The Spring Hill store is much better imo. I'd drive to go to that location instead. read more

After a TERRIBLE experience at the Mount Juliet Old Navy (where I left my clothes because the line wasn't moving at all), I went to this location to buy what I'd left at the other store earlier that day. Line was long which is fine but as I got closer to the registers I notice it's only 3 people on the register ( I get it it's tough hiring people) but I see dawn who is sitting in chair at her register and she is giving her life story to this customer she is ringing up and while the customer is paying dawn pulls her phone how to show her pictures instead of bagging up the clothes and focusing on getting the customer out to keep the line loving. Also the store seriously looked like a tornado came through doesn't help that there is a sale on almost half the stuff. read more

Waited outside in the hot sun to get inside the store, I understand the 50% capacity. Watched 11 people come out of the store, The two employees at the door did not let anyone in the store. After several minutes of waiting, We asked why 11 people couldn't go in? They said there were too many people in line at the registers! What??? First of all o my god the prices of clothes at old navy are absolutely ridiculous!!!!! How are you going to charge $50 for a coat for an 8 year old child!!!??? The prices for just a simple shirt or pants are even more ridiculously priced I'm talking $30 for a simple size 7 childs shirt! and they're all that expensive! Secondly those way overpriced clothes are piled up all over the floor where people toss them in the floor, the tables of jeans and clothes are just piles of chaos where no employees fold or organize anything and/or they fall off the hangers and no one ever picks them up or folds anything! You know, I have come to the conclusion that shopping experiences at Old Navy are alot like going on blind dates from a dating website. You see the flashy commercial on TV enticing you with all the good stuff. Cute, Check. Fun, Check. Quirky, Check. Available, Check. So you muster up the courage and say, hey, I'll give it another shot. Now on one hand you can walk in the store and go, whoa whoa whoa. This was nothing like the commercial (profile) I saw. Thoughts like, what in the hey hey, why is there junk everywhere? Why do these clothes look nothing like the commercial clothes? Whoa, bi polar bonanza of crazy mismatchy hell! And seriously, you have a kid --- multiple screaming kids! Or... you walk in and everything is well laid out, organized, top notch, and quite enjoyable. Oh, and if there is a kid, it is well behaved and not screaming in your path. Well, the Old Navy in Brentwood is the one just like the commercials. This particular Old Navy location is atrocious. The store is constantly an absolute cesspool of disorganization and chaos. Tables with jeans or shirts are always a hot mess and it is very difficult to find anything you are looking for. Furthermore, the wait for the dressing rooms and the register are so hideously long. You wait in line for so long, and it's a toss up whether someone is working in the dressing room. The dressing room is an absolute mess and they clearly need more help in that department. Clothes are just everywhere and it looks like a hurricane came through. Then, after you waited for ten years to get to the dressing room, you get to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes or more for you to even be able to check out. The check out lane is as slow as a snail. Clearly this place is understaffed and could use some more trained/knowledgable employees. If I had anything nice to say about this place it would be that it is affordable, and you can typically find some sort of sale. But other than that this place ain't got nothing going for them. read more

The GOLDEN KEY to shopping at Old Navy: the clothes here are not very long for this world. They last a year or two, then fall apart. Soo... it'[s good for tees or basics or kids clothes. They are usually pretty cheaply made, and cheap. Like H & M or Forever 21, this is a great place to try a trend that you don't think will be around next year and don't really want to invest in. Sizes run large. Some of the fits are odd- things fit strangely... my friends with different body types to mine have said the same thing, so it's not just me. The colors, and variety of colors, are much better than you would expect in a fast-fashion, mass-market store. The pajamas section is beyond adorbz. The workout clothes are also very cool, however, durability not being a strong suit, you be the judge. The store has always been very clean, and the salespeople have ALWAYS been really friendly.
