Today I came to just exchange a sweater that didn't fit and was planning to shop (I.e. SPEND MORE MONEY than what the sweater cost) and the girl working said "we have a 14 day policy so sorry." Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer? I shop at certain boutiques because of the customer service, then the quality of merchandise. This place seems to have cute but expensive clothes, definitely never going to have me as a customer here. Horrible policy's and "customer service!"

Much less help the woman in the fitting room trying on tops. Another woman's children were running a muck all over the store and hiding in the racks. I had no idea this place was a part time day care as well. Where I knocked stars off is the sale room still contained the same crap from 2 weeks ago and the sale denim rack's didn't go down any further. I noticed they got in new inventory but nothing I loved. Disappointing the second time around. I doubt I'll be back for a third.

I was into every nook in the entire place except the dressing rooms but I'm sureeeee they were just as good! I looooove a new Nordy in town! Highly recommend you visit and get your shop on!!!!! I am very disappointed with my experience at this Franklin store. I purchased a gold ring, and…read morewithin four days, nearly all of the finish had worn off. For the price and the way the item was represented, that is unacceptable. What has been even more frustrating is trying to get help. I have called five times and have repeatedly been told someone would call me back, but no one has followed through. First, they said the owner was out of the country, and the last 4 calls they promised a callback after speaking to the owner and manager. Still haven't heard back from them. The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.

The staff is refreshingly friendly and never rushes me or hovers over me. Just the way I like to shop! I think this is especially important to mention because a lot of their merchandise is religious based so it is a unique experience that needs to be savored. Today, I purchased some Christmas Home Decor that I will treasure for years! I also stopped in their treasured Prayer Room. It is a little area in the center of the room where you can write down prayers on a tag and hang it on the wall. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter. Thank you Philanthropy for providing such a beautiful space that brings peace to so many! Whether you are on a visit or a local of TN be sure to stop here & experience this special place!

The best service today we received was Ulta and Sephora. Aeropostale was meh. The worst: American Girl.
