It's understandable though. Everything was organized except for the baby and child section. Clothes were mismatched for sizes and categories. You were with bottles and random items but in random place things non baby related in the baby section. I will give them this the dog bed section (which is usually destroyed by customers) was well organized. Upon exiting I did see what looked like the manager taking care of customers at registers, bagging for his employees. I do appreciate a good leader.

The store seems clean, they don't refresh the stock very often, and the selection in womens clothing and shoes seems a lot barer than the Nashville one. YESSSSS Renae V said it, as each day passes this location seems lesser and lesser of quality and more similar to ROSS. Let's get it back to the way it used to be! Honestly, if you shop online, you better be sure you're keeping what you buy because returning or exchanging something is unnecessarily difficult. Even though they state a 14-day return policy, you can't simply take your item back to the store--even if it's only been one day since pickup. You have to email, wait for approval, and sometimes make phone calls just to arrange a basic return or exchange. If it happens to be the weekend, good luck, because there's no one available to handle it. I love their merchandise, but the return process makes me think twice about ordering online again. Great clothes, terrible return and exchange experience.

They have a great selection of shoes at discounted prices. From casual sandals, sneakers, boots to dressy shoes for a black tie affair, you can find it there, If you are lucky, you can find a pair of designer shoes at a real bargain. Tney have all sizes. Inventory changes frequently so stop by often. I needed some "bling" shoes for a sneaker ball event. I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. The service is very friendly and staff is super helpful with finding shoes. I highly recommend if you are looking for new shoes.

They still offer a great selection of clothing and accessories, and reasonable prices as well. They have nice employees, although some of them give you dirty looks as if they don't want you there. The vast majority of the staff are welcoming people. My wife says Sadie in cosmetics is literally the nicest employee they've ever hired! But ever since they relocated from Franklin to the surface of the Sun, it's not a fun place to be anymore. Go to the Macy's in Green Hills and you'll experience pleasant air conditioning.

It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. Yesterday, my husband and I were waiting in line as I stated in my above paragraph and normally I don't write a review but my husband and I decided that we need to speak up. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable. We will continue to shop here. But I will praise both women yesterday they were incredibly kind not only to him, but I've seen them before, and they are always that way when I come in.

It was noon and they had nobody at the jewelry counter & 1 cashier on duty at the checkout. The line was 13 deep ( no joke) and was slow moving. TJ Maxx you can do better! Perhaps, jump on board with other retailers and use some Self Checkout lanes. On a positive note, the store was clean & well stocked.
