She made sure I left her chair with my hair feeling even more silky then when I initially walked in. I love that she agreed with me about having a "low maintenance" hair style because not everyone has a luxury to go into the salon every 3 months. I'm a recent transplant, and am so happy to have found my first local self-care service! My stylist, LAUREN MOSLEY, is simply fantastic. As a blonde, it can be especially difficult communicating in the same language as your stylist regarding tone and color (it's always smart to bring photo reference!), but Lauren asked all the right questions, made sure she was clear in her understanding of what I wanted, and even gave me an estimated price before beginning. Not only all that, but she's a really calm, warm, and kind human being and a pleasure to chat with. I was not her only client during my appointment, but she juggled perfectly and I was never waiting for her to "come back". She humorously called it doing "hair traffic control". When a customer calls the salon, The salon needs to tell the customer they can not use a credit card and to bring another form of payment . You did not do that . You are shady . Your salon quoted me a price for coloring roots and your hair dresser switched it up without letting me know . It would be professional of your salon workers to keep the same price and not change it every time, but why would I expect that from a shady salon and a shady hairdresser . Generally salons take customers to a back room to work on them , they don't place them on a sink in a dark room with other customers. I told you on the phone that your website doesn't have a section that lists prices and you have the nerve to tell me you have a paper list at the store . How am I suppose to know that . Why didn't you or your hairdresser offer me a paper list at the salon ? you can scam people like me who are new here so you can benefit . That way you change the prices around anytime you want . Your hairdresser quoted me one price at the salon for a hair cut then when I texted her she changed it around and added fees . You both like to make up prices as you go along and charge fees out of your a**. You are so cheap that you didn't even offer a refund for both of your mistakes . A decent professional salon and a decent hairdresser would have done that . You're offering me a fake apology which you don't even mean because you both intentionally ripped me off , it was not an accident. A couple quick notes about the post-COVID setup here. You have to make an "appointment" which means…read moreyou have to use the app and "Check-in" online. And you have to wear a mask to get for your haircut. The app can be a little wacky, so be sure to update your screen by going to something else on the app and then back to the Check-in screen afterwards. I usually click on the Messages tab and then go back. Even then, it seemed to go back and forth until we got down to the last 20 minutes. But once you are in the chair, it's the same quick, professional service. I still highly recommend it. And with all the anti-virus cleaning they're doing, it feels as safe as you can feel these days...
