I love Jen.... from another Jen ;) I'm super picky with hairstylists especially because I have asian hair, but girl... Jen can do it all! I was really nervous about adding some color to my hair while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She made sure I left her chair with my hair feeling even more silky then when I initially walked in. I love that she agreed with me about having a "low maintenance" hair style because not everyone has a luxury to go into the salon every 3 months. I got my hair done a few months ago and it still looks fresh!!! She's really awesome in taking a look at my Inspo pictures and making it a reality! Would recommend her for anyone who's looking to get their hair done by a rad chick! read more

I am so lucky to have found Jennifer Griffiths! After paying a small fortune to have my hair highlighted at a "bougie" Brentwood salon, my hair was yellow and did not flatter my skin tone. I found Jen on Yelp and liked her work so I reached out and she came to my rescue! Communication was easy and she intuitively understood that I needed my highlights custom toned to a hue that flattered my skin tone. And she delivered! This is a woman with that rare combination of serious skills and a humble heart. I felt so validated after my awful experience at the other salon! She also gave me a fresh textured haircut because, despite having my hair cut at the other salon just two months ago, my hair was heavy and had no layers. I only wish I'd found Jen sooner! If you're looking for someone who truly understands high-end custom color, toner and highlights like you would find in LA --I highly recommend Jennifer Griffiths. Jen, Nashville is lucky to have you! read more

Jen is the absolute best hair stylist! I have been going to her for 15+ years. She always make my hair dreams come true. She has taken me from blonde, brown, red, black and back again. I don't trust anyone else with my hair color and will probably have to travel from CA to Nashville now just for my hair! She is extremely talented at balayage and hair painting. Plus her easy going attitude and sense of humor always made the appointment that much more enjoyable. Book her and you will not be disappointed! read more

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, because I could go on and on. If you're looking for a stylist that just gets it, and you want her to create your vision----well, here she is, Jen Griffiths. I was struggling with finding a new stylist as I was new from the East Coast to CA. After doing some research I luckily decided on Jen after finding gorgeous balayage photos with perfect textured cuts that I came across on Instagram. It was hair merriment from there on out. Jen was the only stylist I went back to repeatedly. I'm so sad to not have her as my stylist anymore, but happy for the next lucky person that sits down in her chair! Oh, and did I also mention I'm a previous stylist and salon owner?! So, I'm not an easy sell. Now book that appointment! read more

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Jen. I was surprised by how my hair turned out because her Instagram looks like she usually does a great job. However when she started cutting my hair I quickly got very worried about how much hair she was hacking off. That sounds intense, because it was! I was very clear that I wanted to keep my length, but add in some layers at the ENDS of my hair, but Jen took out a huge amount of volume and length from the top of my hair. I kept thinking tk myself "oh my gosh, how much hair is she cutting off " You can see in the picture how my hair caves in towards my jaw line. That's because she chopped all my hair super short but left the under layers long. So it created this bubble up top, it was awful. It was sort of like a bad shag cut instead of a textured bob like I asked for. I got home and my husband immediately knew it wasn't good I had a very hard time styling my hair afterward because the layers were so short, they couldn't be curled. Jen was a new stylist I was trying because we recently moved here from out of state. When I flew back home and saw my usual stylist we had to do a very short bob to correct the bad layering. My hair was so disconnected. Thankfully it's fixed now! read more

Jenn is the best! She listens to your hair goals, and is also realistic and honest with you. She did my hair for years out here in California, and I'm going to miss her so much! Tennessee is lucky to have her! read more

Jenn is honestly the best hair stylist I have ever had! I have curly (3a) hair and have had so many awful experiences with past hair stylists - from frying my hair, awful blonde colors, and horrible cures. When i started going to Jenn, she listened to my concerns and wants and immediately knew what to do with my hair - the outcome was beyond what I could have imagined!! Her focus was to help get my hair back to being healthy, with a natural look, but still look trendy as a blonde. I also loved how she was able to color my hair for low maintenance - not having to go to the salon every 6 weeks. For a stylist to do that, I could tell that she genuinely cared and wasn't just after the money. Jenn knows her stuff! I've never met a stylist that is so knowledgeable about the hair industry and can look at your hair and immediately know what to do. She is kind, hard working and beyond talented! I would travel across the country just to have her do my hair! If you want healthy and amazing looking hair again that is also easy to maintain, then you need to call Jenn!!! read more

Jen is literally the best stylist I've ever had in my life! Best hair and amazing personality what else could you ask for!

Can't say anything bad about Jen! She is truly talented and knows her stuff when it comes to hair. I've been going to her for 5 years now and wouldn't trust any one else with my hair. She has turned my brown roots to shiny golden locks. I was the type that would never trust anyone to cut my hair but Jen will tell you straight forward if you need a little trim to keep your hair looking and growing healthy and I take her word for it! She always has me feeling like gorgeous once I leave her chair. I highly recommend seeing Jen for your hair goal needs. read more

So talented and amazing! SO sad she moved out of CA but happy for her new life in TN. As soon as you see the pictures in her IG account, you'll see the talent for color and cut that's hard to describe in words. It took me a while to find her because I'm super picky and I like to give my stylist freedom to use a lot of their own judgment and discretion based. Jen is cutting edge, up on the latest and greatest looks/trends and products and the sweetest, most professional stylist you will ever have! read more

Finding Jenn was a huge relief ~ not all stylists really understand color and many don't get it right. She helped me with a long needed 'reset' to my highlighting problem and brought me back to a more natural look. Not only do I love my hair, but I'm so THANKFUL to have found a stylist that I can trust going forward. LOVE Jenn and highly recommend! read more

Jen is AMAZING at what she does. I realize the term "amazing" is thrown around a lot, but in Jen's case, she truly is. She's not only technically skilled, she has a keen eye for creating looks that accentuate your best features and most importantly, she is passionate about her craft and her clients satisfaction. Jen is gifted when it comes to color and color theory. She knows how to give you exactly what you want, while making sure that your color works with your skin tone, hair type, and upkeep expectations. Her cuts are equally as fantastic: she is meticulous with everything that she does and is extremely detail oriented. Jen works hard to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques and pairs that knowledge with her artistic skill to truly transform your hair. Jen is such a great artist that she's always got a fully booked schedule, and she's often invited to give seminars and classes to other stylists to share her passion. Jen goes to great lengths to make sure that her clients are always taken care of. During the height of the pandemic she would check in with clients, answer questions, and occasionally mix custom color kits to keep us all looking fabulous. Jen is the type of stylist that you can literally sit in her chair and tell her to make you look fabulous, and she knows exactly what to do. Trust me when I say, you cant go wrong with Jen. read more
