Jessica is incredibly talented when it comes to hair styling, cutting, and coloring! She has been…read moredoing my hair now for 5 years and I tell everybody I meet they need to go see Jessica in Brentwood and they will never look back. :) I have blonde hair which is difficult for a lot of colorists to master (I've noticed this in my experience of many bad color jobs). It may be because she has blonde hair herself that she is so good at it, but she is able to get out all of my brassy tones and bring out the pretty blondes I really want. Though, she is not just great at blonde color as she has colored my hair red, dark brown and brought it all the way back to blonde again with a really pretty soft in between stage/color that received many compliments. I have really long hair and I like it to stay that way. This is why Jessica is the perfect cosmetologist because she ACTUALLY cuts hair to the length of your choosing instead of her own. Too many times, I have had my hair chopped off way shorter than I wanted it and wished the stylist would have listened to me. Jess always listens to what I want to do with my hair. Jessica also cuts my fiance's hair and he's been a client of hers for 5 years as well. He says he wouldn't go to anyone else now that he's met Jessica. She never cuts his hair too short where he doesn't like it. She's perfect! Besides the fact that she's so great at her job, she also seems to love it and is such a joy to be around every single time I come in to the salon. Her bubbly and sweet personality make you feel relaxed and taken care of when you sit in her chair. I can't tell you how much I recommend her to you. There are no more words - she is simply the best!

Maggie is a true master of hair color and hair health -- the kind of talent people search for their…read morewhole lives and rarely find. Her consistency, her genius in color technology, and her deep understanding of hair care are the sole reasons I have long, strong, healthy hair today. That is not an exaggeration -- it's a fact. I came from New York City, where I spent 20 years in the chairs of five‑star, top‑rated stylists, including the so‑called "best of the best.". Not one of them could fix the damage, maintain my length, or get my color right without compromising the integrity of my hair. Maggie did what they couldn't. She restored my hair, protected it, and elevated it. Her work is better than top‑tier fashion show stylists -- for real. Her color formulations are precise, thoughtful, and customized. She understands how to keep hair strong while achieving beautiful, dimensional color that grows out gracefully. She treats my hair like it matters, and the results show it. I trust her completely, and that trust is earned every single appointment. Maggie is my treasure -- a rare, gifted professional whose talent is unmatched. If you want someone who truly knows what they're doing and cares about the long game of your hair's health and beauty, she is the one.

I'll note I was looking for a haircut, grey coverage on roots and a partial highlight on ends. She could not be more sweet and kind! Did a wonderful job on haircut itself! That said, color was not good. Roots were light, warm, brassy.... Everything I did not want. That said, she owned it and apologized knowing she messed up. I was going to come back as she offered to fix. But when I did my hair for the first time since my appointment, I noticed she didn't cover my grays properly, lots still showing on the sides. Between those two mistakes I just didn't trust to come back again. I know she will be amazing the more experience she gets under her belt, but I just can't have my head be the guinea pig after a few mistakes already. I do recommend her for cuts and blowouts as nearly perfect, but if speaking for my experience only... more practice needed on color before I would recommend that. Salon overall is great! 3 stars and not less as she did own the mistakes and offered to try and fix.

All I needed was a simple cut and root touch up. Cut was good, but to root touch up was definitely not. I got home and looked closer in the mirror and noticed my forehead, ears, eyebrows, and scalp all had color stains! I spent the next 30min trying to remove stains from my skin! I rubbed a Qtip on my scalp and removed excess color. I had a feeling it would be bad because when rinsing my head, she barely touched my scalp. This cost me $160 PLUS tip!! Aside from the stained skin and excess color left on scalp, I still have gray hairs showing. Obviously this salon is an expensive lesson learned for me. A one and done. Next!
