She made sure I left her chair with my hair feeling even more silky then when I initially walked in. I'm a recent transplant, and am so happy to have found my first local self-care service! My stylist, LAUREN MOSLEY, is simply fantastic. As a blonde, it can be especially difficult communicating in the same language as your stylist regarding tone and color (it's always smart to bring photo reference!), but Lauren asked all the right questions, made sure she was clear in her understanding of what I wanted, and even gave me an estimated price before beginning. Not only all that, but she's a really calm, warm, and kind human being and a pleasure to chat with. I was not her only client during my appointment, but she juggled perfectly and I was never waiting for her to "come back". She humorously called it doing "hair traffic control". Yes, like all salons these days, they do try to up-sell additional services/products, but of course that's how they make extra money. Just say no thanks if you're not interested.

She did a great job of layering it properly which blended the different lengths and textures, which allowed the curls to be their best and the dry frizzy straight pieces practically disappear. When a customer calls the salon, The salon needs to tell the customer they can not use a credit card and to bring another form of payment . You did not do that . You are shady . Your salon quoted me a price for coloring roots and your hair dresser switched it up without letting me know . It would be professional of your salon workers to keep the same price and not change it every time, but why would I expect that from a shady salon and a shady hairdresser . I told you on the phone that your website doesn't have a section that lists prices and you have the nerve to tell me you have a paper list at the store . How am I suppose to know that . Why didn't you or your hairdresser offer me a paper list at the salon ? you can scam people like me who are new here so you can benefit . That way you change the prices around anytime you want . Your hairdresser quoted me one price at the salon for a hair cut then when I texted her she changed it around and added fees . The hairstylist did not listen to me at all. I told her I wanted the lower back half of my head cut with clippers no 8. I told her I wanted my hair dry and she wet it. When I told her to stop she stated" I can't cut dry hair. I have had my hair cut dry for 20 years. I have one side layered shorter and I didn't want it layered. She almost cut one side of my hair the length of my bangs, but I stoped her.I'm left with long and short pieces that make no sense, and one side layered and much shorter than the other.
