Melissa , you are a rude disgusting unprofessional owner of this so-called Salon. I have never been treated the way you treated me on the phone today. You are a liar and a scam artist . When a customer calls the salon, The salon needs to tell the customer they can not use a credit card and to bring another form of payment . You did not do that . You are shady . I'm not a psychic to guess your forms of payment . You are disgusting to blame me for your salon's shady practices . Your salon quoted me a price for coloring roots and your hair dresser switched it up without letting me know . It would be professional of your salon workers to keep the same price and not change it every time, but why would I expect that from a shady salon and a shady hairdresser . It is disgusting for a hairdresser to add additional charges to a service that they never consulted with the customer . I never asked your hairdresser to style my hair and yet she snuck in that fee without my approval . Disgusting and unprofessional business tactic . I have never been to a salon where the hairdresser/owner takes you and puts you on the sink where you have your hair washed and waxes your eyebrows and upper lip in the dark. I asked you to pluck my eyebrows you didn't . you don't understand that you work for the customer and whatever the customer asks for you must comply and not argue . I could have waxed my own eyebrows at home with the service you gave . You waxed my upper lip and I asked you to clean my upper lip by plucking unwanted hair and you didn't . You didn't even offer me a mirror so I can look at my eyebrows and upper lip . Generally salons take customers to a back room to work on them , they don't place them on a sink in a dark room with other customers. I told you on the phone that your website doesn't have a section that lists prices and you have the nerve to tell me you have a paper list at the store . How am I suppose to know that . Why didn't you or your hairdresser offer me a paper list at the salon ? you can scam people like me who are new here so you can benefit . That way you change the prices around anytime you want . Your hairdresser quoted me one price at the salon for a hair cut then when I texted her she changed it around and added fees . You both like to make up prices as you go along and charge fees out of your a**. You are so cheap that you didn't even offer a refund for both of your mistakes . A decent professional salon and a decent hairdresser would have done that . You're offering me a fake apology which you don't even mean because you both intentionally ripped me off , it was not an accident. Then you have the nerve to tell me I can go somewhere else , how disgusting, rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even going to come back to your salon - why would I want to go back to a disgusting worthless untrustworthy place with scam artists . If you're from the south I'm finding out more and more people from the south are not friendly at all. good riddance.
