Visited: 7/3/26 @11:30 Although the shop seemed nice from the outside, we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the entire shop. Be advised you must check in your bag to shop. As a visitor and a Hispanic mother shopping with her children, it was offensive and inconvenient. As a customer you shouldn't have to check in your bag/purse to shop at a shop, especially as a tourist visiting the city of Nashville. I would not recommend this shop to visitors or anyone who wants a welcoming and positive experience. Additionally, the lady behind the counter was unprofessional, callous and rude. The establishment should focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment instead of assuming everyone is a thief! - disappointed visitor read more

I was in Nashville for a conference and I decided to check out the local Occult scene so I came by Cosmic connections. Great selection of Incense, crystals, flower remedies, and other new age/spiritual paraphernalia. I am taking one star off my review because sadly the book collection wasn't very good and that's what I was really looking for. I know the South is usually Bible Belt country so I was actually kind of surprised to see a new age/ occult shop In Nashville, so good for them for sticking it out here. Service was helpful and friendly and prices are very typical for similar types of objects and other occult shops around the country. read more

Ever expanding impressive selection of metaphyical products, though mostly healing crystals, bells and some jewelry, cards, a few books and miscellaneous items. It would greatly behoove both business as well as customer's overall experience if after talking with you, the employees suddenly announced that they required your purse to be placed behind the cash register. I don't know any store locally that does that. read more

love it here. they have fun candles in the back. basically everything you would want in a spiritual shop. AURA READER!! i haven't done it, but they have one... tarot readings and a bunch of classes and stuff of that caliber. they also have a rewards system which is awesome!! everyone should have rewards in my opinion cute little cat lives there! read more

Cosmic Connections - cat - Spiritual Shop Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

While on a short vacation in late November, I stopped in here and finally found exactly what I had been looking for for the six previous weeks: four small, and one medium polished black obsidian stones, and one small clear quartz tower. Obsidian has properties that ward off negativity energy, and can be a powerful anchor in keeping people grounded. Clear quartz has also been used as a shield against negative energy and provides positive energy. It is believed to have positive mental and emotional healing properties, and can stimulate the immune system, among other things. There was a free graveled parking lot behind Cosmic Connections, which looks like a converted older home. The entrance to the store is in the front. This store is on the first floor, and I felt a calmness upon entering through the door. The employees are very attentive, and one of them warmly greeted us as we walked in. She told us the main items that were in each room, so to give us a general lay of the land. She asked if there was anything specifically that she could help us with, and I told her that we were just looking, for now. with that, she told us that any of the employees would be able to help us if we needed assistance. We walked around through every room, and at least one employee in each of the rooms (4) came to us and asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked about black obsidian and clear quartz crystals, and I was shown items in two different rooms. I liked that I was shopping in person, rather than shopping via online, because I can personally see the crystals and get a good idea of whether or not those are actually the ones for me. The prices I paid were very good! This store has a good variety of crystals, incense, books, candles, soaps, oils, books and many other items for your metaphysical needs. I will be coming back for sure the next time I'm in Nashville. read more

Shoutout for the absolute best COVID protocol I've encountered in a year! Cosmic Connections is a small space brimming with product, so they've been very careful to minimize risk by implementing a waiting list and shop by appointment. I arrived and waited in the lobby until several customers finished shopping, and I was asked wash my hands before I started browsing and to maintain appropriate distance from others and of course wear a mask while shopping. Rules were enforced regularly and kindly with all customers. Now to the fun stuff: the SELECTION. I can't imagine many needs that wouldn't be met by the stock here. Candles, oils, incense of many varieties and with tons of accessories for different kinds (stick, cone, herb, etc.), massive selection of crystals, jewelry, tarot and oracle cards, and any manner of books and guides for various practices. I was there with a relatively specific purpose so I didn't browse as extensively as I could have, but I was pleasantly surprised by all the options. So happy to support this local shop, and they make it easy with a rewards program. I got 20% off my whole purchase on the same day I signed up by following their social media and providing my birthday. Will absolutely be browsing here before I head to an Internet big-box store for spiritual and magical supplies. read more

The store looks beautiful when you get there. Unfortunately, the people who work there are nasty and rude. I was really trying to get some items for a friend who has had some loss in her life and they were too busy yakking amongst themselves and the nasty when I wanted to talk, terrible store don't go there read more

The new location is awesome. Lots more room means lots more cool stuff to look at and shop. I look forward to going back for a reading and to pick up more supplies for my own practices. read more

Great selection of Crystals. We came here after visiting Nashville Crystal store via a Yelp recommendation on the reasonable prices compared to Nashville Crystal. Cosmic Crystal has many more small stone options at very reasonable prices. Some even under $3. Great for making necklaces. I also recommend that you sign up for their rewards program online before checking out as you will receive a discount on your first purchase. I heard them telling the person in front of me, so signed up quickly on my phone while in line. They also have parking available behind the store as well. read more

Let me start off by saying that I am a HUGE gemstone enthusiast. I've been collecting rocks and gems since I was a little kid, and love any excuse to browse collections of gemstones. Cosmic connections quite literally felt like being a little kid let loose in a candy store, but times a million. I had an employee at Pangea recommend Cosmic connections to me a month or so ago after purchasing a amethyst stone from them and have been meaning to stop by ever since. I quite literally could've spent a whole day in there. Unbelievable selection of such a broad range of gemstones, rocks, incense, books, everything under the sun. I spent a good while browsing all the different types of rare stones they had and was really in awe of the quality and variety they provided. My only qualm is that most of the items in the store are fairly expensive (I.e. some of the more rare palmstones were upwards of $100). I couldn't justify dropping that kind of dough on my grad student budget, but if I ever had a lot of money to blow, I would literally buy out the store. Absolutely check this out! read more

A magical, alternate dimension that makes you feel like a true celestial being as soon as you enter. It didn't have the cheesy, airport gift shop feel that other stores like this have. Cosmic Connections feels genuine. They have a vast array of crystals and minerals, a plethora of tarot decks, musical instruments, and anything else you may need to open your 3rd eye. The people running this shop are super helpful and kind. Thank you for existing in Nashville, Cosmic Connections!! read more

I had a reading with Mary Bogart about a year ago. She does have some gifting but her bedside manner is incredibly unhelpful. She kept saying things about me that were absolutely untrue about myself and my partner and when I contradicted her she almost acted like I was lying. She seemed irritated and stated that I would encounter bad situation after bad situation and then I'd "re listen to her recording and realize she was right all along." She seems to have a hard time realizing she could be wrong. It has still taken me over a year and a half to shake off her negative energy. read more

I was very pleased when I ordered from this store. It's a shame I couldn't come in because of COVID but I ordered a big haul of things off their online shop and received my crystals just a couple days later. The crystals are so beautiful in person and I can tell the packaging was a personal process. So nice! The quality of what I ordered really exceeded my expectations. Not to mention I got some lovely free gifts for shopping with them. I'll definitely be back in person next time. read more

Cosmic Connections - Some (not all) of the things I purchased and the gifts they gave me. One of the bracelets was a free gift - Spiritual Shop Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

It was liking talking to a friend that knows you really well. She helped me connect to myself and loved ones in ways that I didn't know how.

Magic periodt. This place is wonderful you should prolly go here if you feel like it.

There's so much to be found on Yelp. The fact that I'm writing a review of Cosmic Connections - after finding Cosmic Connections on Yelp - on a site where some equate it only with food/drink is a wonderful thing. There's so much to explore on Yelp, y'all. Find it. If it isn't there, create a listing. Knowledge is power, folks. So, anyway. Wait. I lied. Before I get into the meat of this review, let me talk about Belmont-Hillsboro. In all the years I've lived here, I've never driven through the neighborhood (or, through Belmont University). How pretty is this part of town? Wow! I need to get out more. Okay. Cosmic Connections. Because I need as many good vibes as possible, I have taken to smudging my house. I was set up with a truckload of sage so I am just now at the point of running out. Rather than going to a World Market*, I wanted to go to a specialist. Hence, Yelp. Hence, Cosmic Connections. Set in an old(er) home, you can smell the place from a block away. The calming incense instantly put me at ease. I asked the front clerk where to find the sage and then what sage was good for what purpose. He gave me a quick tutorial and then I set about looking around on my own. There's all sort of incense, crystals, totems, and the like. I don't prescribe to a lot of it but I know energy is energy and I like to stay on the positive side of that coin. I was low-key hoping that someone would bust out from the rear of the store, so wrapped up in my energy, to find me and give me a prediction of success and riches. That didn't happen. But I did find a very healthy bundle of New Mexican sage that I will use to re-energize my home and keep the bad vibes out. That's a win. I'll be back. *NO shade. I have a special place in my wallet for WM. read more

Visited on a whim and so happy I did!! Such a great store with so much to browse from.

just here to say I'm so bummed that Cosmic Connections has experienced so much theft lately. The staff is always lovely. This locally owned business has provided me with so many tools and resources to grow spiritually. The staff is warm, welcoming and happy to help. read more

This place is small but packed full of good things. I recommend going in if you're just thinking about it. I purchased a few rocks for meditation reasons and I should say the variety is very extensive! I didn't get the chance to have a reading so I cannot specify on that! Very pleased as well with the kindness of the employees in the store! read more

Fantastic shop! Such a nice group of ladies working it. So many quaint rooms with everything your spiritual could heart desire. So peaceful. They even have a resident 19 year old cat living and greeting you there! We all think the crystals and rocks are keeping her eternally living and that's why she hated not being there during the onset of Covid. The woman who checked us out was so kind and lovely after asking about how my son passed. My daughter in law and I will be back whenever we can road trip it through Nashville. AND you can shop online and have it delivered! Yay for us!! read more

Best place to be. I've developed a lot since visiting there thanks to the staff and Mary bogart!

This place is amazing and I can't wait to go back. Large variety of gems and crystals, incense, decor, jewelry - too many fascinatig finds to recount, here, and I don't think I got to see everything. And the people working at the counter were friendly and very knowledgeable about their stock. You won't go wrong at Cosmic Connections! read more

Looking for crystals, minerals, incense, smudging sticks, AURA readings, intuitive of all sorts, information on metaphysical? Cosmic Connections, (CC) is Nashville's answer. What a wonderful helpful, useful mind opening establishment. The people who worked there were really helpful. I told them I knew NOTHING. They did not have a great deal of time as the place was very busy. A lot of people must be feeling this shift from the Pisces eclipse, but they stopped and walked me thru ALL my questions. Located very close to the Belmont campus, parking may be tricky, but there is street parking. This was such a great find from YELP. Thank you, thank you, thank you Yelp. I needed this one. If something calms you, get all over it and CC maybe able to help you. CC showed up on my radar when I started reading about minerals and crystals and the eclipse. Now read with your mind open. After my Facebook feed showed there was rare lunar eclipse in Pisces that was to come about on Sept 16th, I had to do some research. 9/16/16 numerically alone was interesting to me as an engineer, something HAD to be up. There is A LOT of information out there for a novice, but basically, when it happens, we are supposed to let go of the past and move forward as the way the Sun and Moon move around planets, this is a rare event. That in a nut shell, so experienced others, please don't bash, learning here. I needed grounding stones. Onyx would do it for me per more research. Walked up and was greeted by an inquisitive cat. Upon entering one sees a plethora of information for healers, intuitive and activities the store will have through the month and around town. They have an AURA camera!!! Get your picture taken, put your hand on a metal box, pic comes up and you get a 20+ page report about your Aura. Look up Aura cameras! It was fun and for me totally worth it. Did not read the report it until I got home, I needed some time to digest. The intuitive for the day said some positive words to me regarding my pic between readings, I was smitten/intrigued/so excited. As l went looking for Crystals, I heard you should take what you like, not what you should. We ALL don't only like cheese pizza, why would our crystals and minerals be the same? I found everything on my list again per my research which would be good for my sign. Also found a bunch of other stones I felt would be nice to have/keep the positive vibrations, and bought a bunch of bracelets--keeping the vibrations close. I could be wrong about that... There are 3 lovely rooms of interesting objects, stones, books, candles, incense and smudging articles. It WORKS. Yeah I needed some of that too. I live in an old house that had lots of renters. Open your mind, head to CC and have a great time when you go. BTW the address is 1701. the number alone is interesting. Add it up to total 9 - a cube of 3 and 3 is an amazing number. I will let you do the research and 3 of anything spoken becomes a mantra. read more

Wow, Stone Keepers in Murfreesboro doesn't hold a candle to this place. If you're metaphysically sensitive or have unresolved issues tread carefully because this shop is the real deal, my chest hurts from all of the heart chakra stimulation (I need to work on it). There are 3 main rooms...2 crystal rooms and a room full of metaphysical and spiritual literature, sacred instruments and music and tarot. There is also a room for readings. A Pyrite Concretion sucked me in so that's on layaway, as well as some sage mist (POTENT!) The shop keeper is kind and knowledgeable, but quiet and not a hound that follows you around and makes you feel like a petty thief. New favorite haunt. read more

This is a GREAT New Age/ Metaphysical shop!! I couldn't rate the price so I gave it $$ because the prices start at FREE ( for great books people have brought in to donate) to a couple of hundred $ for amazing, huge geodes. They have classes, psychic readings, many things going on monthly. ( check out their calendar online) Some of the class prices start with a $2 donation and go up to $30 ( more for readings but still reasonable.) I LOVE this place!! read more

I would definitely recommend! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. And the stuff was pretty affordable. Make sure to sign up for the rewards before you go. I would definitely come back. read more

Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Love the shop cat. Great crystal selection

Cool store but they are only allowing a few customers in at a time. I waited for several minutes and then watched a girl walk up and call in. Sounded like she was able to let them know ahead of time when she would be there and they let her cut in front of everyone when she arrived. Try the Nashville Crystal Store. There's one in East Nashville and Berry Hill. They have a great selection of all sorts of crystals. read more

Review for Mary Bogart. I really wanted her reading to be accurate and for her to be helpful for me; unfortunately, her reading was anything but. Mary is very nice but it was obvious to me she was not psychiC. Just a few examples: she said my husband was an eater and needed to exercise more to avoid health issues ( he's an exercise fanatic), she stated that as I walked into her room the Angels (spirit guides) were stating I was worried about my brother. When I told her this was untrue she said that my brother with an S name was worried about someone. When she asked if I had a brother with an 'S' name I told her no. She then asked the names of my parents. My moms name does begin with an S and she said that was it. (Hummmm....?). When she began discussing my career, she said I do something with accounting. I told her I was a cosmetologist and she immediately said I would be doing my own business and that was why it came across as accounting ( because I would do my own finances ). She told me we were going to move. She said I was renting currently and would buy a new house in the next year. When I said we owned currently, she quickly said we would rent our current house out. I honestly just didn't want anyone else to waste their money on a reading from Mary. She was a sweet lady but was wrong on most of my reading. read more

Absolutely loved it! cheapest prices in the city! And they have coupon rewards if u spend a certain amount of money with each purchase.

I came in looking for a new mala. I asked the owner about copper and she spoke rather rudely to me, as though I should understand already. Whatever. There were so many mala to choose from and I wanted one that spoke to me. In the narrow hall, I had to move to the very front or very back of the store at least 10 times in 20 minutes to let others by. In the end I felt so literally and figuratively pushed around I left. Negative not structured well. read more
