I always find unique pieces of jewelry to add to my collection. Reasonable prices and great sales. Truly a hidden gem!

I was shopping in this location today . I was going to purchase a bracelet . The sales associate told me it was $98.00 and showed me the price tag on the item.when she went to ring up my purchase she told me "uh oh it's ringing up at $108.00 is that ok?" I said no she went in the back and to ask what she could do and came back and told me they raised the price if I wanted it I needed to pay the elevated price. I didn't putchse the bracelet they should have honored the price she told me it was and it was clearly marked in the display. Unfortunately it felt like a bate and switch which is totally unacceptable to me . read more

I've always been intrigued by Kristin Cavallari's Uncommon James jewelry, so I had to check out the store when I was in town. Parking right outside can be tricky, but luckily we found a spot. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us with big smiles and were super helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me pick out some great pieces. Uncommon James has a fun mix of styles, from delicate chains and everyday hoops to eye-catching pendants and bold statement pieces. They offer collections in Vermeil and Sterling Silver, plus some cool home goods and fragrances. I love mixing metals, so I ended up getting a few dainty gold rings and a chunky ring that has both gold and silver. I'm really happy with my picks, especially the chunky ring--I've gotten tons of compliments on it since I wear it almost every day. It's held up pretty well over the last couple of months, but we'll see! read more

Everything could improve. Customer service is terrible and clearly AI. Jewelry is costume at best, you can get the same quality without the 400% mark up on SHEIN. They do not replace jewelry that shows up broken either. When they delivered my order to the wrong address, they told me to go knock on the door and get it like that was their actual customer service resolution read more

Of course I stopped at Uncommon James because I'm a Kristin Cavallari fan! I love Laguna Beach, The Hills, and Very Cavallari so it was obvious I was stopping at Uncommon James during a recent weekend in Nashville. I'll preface this with I'm not their target audience. I'm much too old for this and I don't wear jewelry unless it's gold or silver. The jewelry didn't do much for me but the other merchandise (shirts, sweats, & hats) was pretty cute. I left with a baseball hat that said "Everything But Common!" Cute store! read more

So sad to read all these bad reviews after purchasing the Atocha necklace, will see how long it last, only worn it once!!!

Such a beautiful store! The words are super nice and happy to help you create your personal piece, they engrave on the spot! Love the charms and all of the cute charms they have. There's one necklace in particular I wish they would sell as just a chain (please offer all your pieces to be sold separately!) Be careful with the pieces they are a bit delicate, there's pricier but I think worth it for the quality of the materials. read more

I've always loved Uncommon James but living in NC, it's been an online love only! Since we were here, I had to make a trip and get some goodies to commemorate our trip to Nashville! The store is clean and the selection of product is great. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed our visit very much. We opted to ride the electric scooters there and back and we had to go through a pretty rough area, but once we were through it, all was good! read more

This was one of my must do in Nashville. I was super excited to finally see the store as seen on Very Cavallari. The staff here is very friendly and nice. They have a large collection of jewelry on display. I just wish they had more silver jewelry. read more

I ordered a size 6 ring set. They were nonrefundable. They were too small. I reordered a size 7. They sent a size 5. I went to the website and went on the ring site. It starts at size 5. I clicked on size 7 and added it to the cart. When I checked the order it said size 5 so when I added to the cart the size did not change from a 5 to a 7. When I called customer service they want me to return the rings for a refund. So I have to go through returning the item for a $30 refund. I won't order from them again. They have lost a good customer over $30. read more

I was excited to visit the Nashville flagship store as a long time brand fan and of K Cav. The store is located in the Gulch area of Nashville for those not familiar. There is plenty of open and free parking for those who need it. The location is an interesting choice as it's not on the main "drag" in the Gulch along with other shopping destinations and hotels. My perspective on this review is based as a consumer and also as a retail manger. I was greeted from an employee upon entry, while she stood at the registers. Didn't move or come over to me and ever say hello but did very robotic like as I walked in. The store wasn't slammed but had a decent amount of people shopping on a week day. As I was walking around, I noticed almost every single display was dirty and dusty. The cash wrap counter was covered in employee coffee cups, water bottles and other beverages and the stock room door was left wide open. It was a mess back there. Not the presentation you'd expect in a retail location let alone a more high end location given the price points of the merchandise. As I settled on what I was going to purchase, I had to go get an associate to help me. They take stock out of the drawers you don't purchase what is on display- which is fine however when they take it out of the drawers in front of you it's all wrapped in plastic and very underwhelming experience making them whole experience feel cheap and luxury at all. From a retail management perspective I think there could be some changes in their processes to eliminate this and make the guest experience even better. The associate who rang me up, told me about the rewards program which I appreciated. However the amount of trash and cups clogging the cash wrap was definitely distracting during check out- and again a presentation thing to clients that could be better. I'm giving 4 stars based on cleanliness and presentation- and lack of attentiveness from employees. While on one hand I don't want to be bombarded upon arrival, however circling back and offering suggestions from a styling stand point is welcomed. Overall I think there could be come customer service improvements made at this location especially since it is the Flagship store. read more

Lost shipment. I never received product and Amex credited my account initially because they said Uncommon James could not provide proof of delivery! 2 months later Amex emailed me saying the company came up with evidence that package was delivered? I asked who delivered it? They forwarded me a tracking number from DHL when I tracked it showed delivery but not to my address? The Uncommon website showed me a USPS tracking? I could not even get an answer on who delivered it? I tried to speak with UCJ with no success. Very, unhappy they really could careless!!! read more

After lunch at Peg Leg porker, my wife wanted to stop by Uncommon James and check it out. The store was really clean and modern. It opens up to a nice outdoor sitting area. Parking is kinda tight, but it's free. There are a lot of different products from jewelry, to housewares and childrens' clothes, but be prepared to spend the Hill's prices on a single item. read more

Jewelry styles are on point as usual, with cute store layout and curation, but as others have commented, the service is slow/disorganized. The jewelry is all laid out for you to see, but you need to flag down an employee or stand in line with your choices ready to go at the counter, and they will grab what you want. The gold finish is sometimes cheap looking, and the prices are $$, so buyer discretion is advised. The benefit of being in store is that you can smell the candles and shipping is not free online for them. read more

I was so excited to head here while on vacation with my Sister. We thought the store was great. Nice layout, lighting and the vibe is true Nashville. But a ton of gold jewelry. We were here in Nashville on a girls trip and had to stop in to check out the store as OG fans of Laguna Beach. We weren't expecting to buy anything, just browse for the experience, but the jewelry selection they had was so cute! I ended up buying a necklace and matching gold charms with my friend. The sales girls were friendly, but I would have loved to have a little more information about the pieces. The pieces are expensive, but according to their website, the pieces shouldn't tarnish which is what I mainly was looking for so hopefully they stand the test of time! read more

This is the flagship store of well known reality TV personality Kristen Cavallari. It is modern and sparse. There are limited styles on display, meaning if you see what you want they bring you a new one from the back. The jewelry is on trend and classy. Nothing too overbearing, but you can still make a subtle statement. Their geometric styles are especially chic. Loved their candles! There is designated parking in front of the building. The children's clothing seemed out of place to me... but it was quite cute! This is kind of a celebrity corner... They are next door to TruMav Fitness, owned by Tim McGraw. read more

Like many Uncommon James shoppers I'm sure, we were drawn to this Nashville spot on our trip in town because we love Kristin Cavalieri and her lovely jewelry line. The shop is light, bright, and clean. Sporadic shelving and glass tables displayed the dainty jewelry and limited classic clothing pieces. It's definitely a hip celeb shop, which comes with hip celeb pricey items. Even so, each of us left very happy with a new pair of earrings! read more

Update: So after my previous review I was reached out by Uncommon James and given the opportunity to either exchange my rings for something new or get new replacement rings free of charge. I thought this was great customer service and was very happy they were taking charge to make sure their customer was pleased with their product. Due to the fact that I loved the rings I initially received, like stated in my original post, I decided to replace my rings and receive the same ones again. Upon receiving the new rings, I made sure this time to never get them wet, get lotion on them, etc like the instructions said sent with the jewelry. Again, after about 3 weeks of wear, the rings have started to tarnish yet again and are turning my finger green. I am truly sad and disappointed this happened due to the fact that I loved these rings and thought they were super cute. I don't know if it's just these specific rings or if everything in their company is terrible quality, I just know I won't be purchasing anything from here again. Thank you uncommon James for the great customer service, I just wish your jewelry quality matched. read more

I'm updating my review to 3 stars. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement fairly quick so it makes me feel better about trying other items. I still think it's a bit over priced, but I will try them again soon. My review is about my online purchase only. I haven't ever been to the store... I've been curious to order something for a a while since I'm a fan of the show. I decided to ask my boyfriend to order me something for Valentine's day. I finally got the gift and the clasp comes off after a day of havin Also he bought it a few weeks back and can't return it because they only have a 15 day return policy. For the price, I'm not sure quality matches. If they had a better return policy and or customer service, I'd order again. However with this being a 70$ neckalce and the clasp is already broken, I'm a bit hesitant. Which is sad since I do like some of their other neckalces. I will still watch the show though, lol. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER. Do not buy from them. My necklace broke and I didn't get to even wear it and they won't give me a new necklace or refund. Instead, they offered me 10% off a future order what a joke. read more

I'm really disappointed as I do love UJ jewelry and have spent quite a bit of money on things for myself and gifts for friends, and was actually looking forward to purchasing items for the upcoming holidays. When one of my girl boss earrings broke randomly, the customer service rep refused to replace the one earring. I didn't even ask for a full set just one earring so I could keep wearing them. I realize it had been about a year since I purchased them but for the amount I paid, they should last a lot longer. Especially since their ads and employees encourage people to wear the jewelry on a daily basis. But in a response back to me, they said they only stand behind the quality of their jewelry for up to 6 months, which is pretty sad. After some back and forth they offered me 10% off a future purchase, however, it's unfortunately not worth it for me to keep spending my money with the company if the quality of their products aren't able to hold up for more than a few months. The numerous times I've had to contact customer service I haven't had a satisfactory experience, so I can't say I will be recommending or purchasing their products moving forward. read more

During our visit to Nashville, we knew we had to check out Uncommon James. Located in an up and coming area of The Gultch, you can find Uncommon James near other shops and dining. For a Saturday afternoon it was busy, but not overwhelming. We were quickly greeted by one of the Sales Associated right when we walked in. You can find goodies from home goods, children's clothes, and jewelry. It's a boutique style setup, so the space is open and airy with small amounts of merchandise actually on the floor. I love the vibe of the whole place and wish I could have bought one of everything! Between my friend and I we walked out purchasing five jewelry pieces - all of which we wore out that night! Overall a super cute shop! I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in town! They also have a website, so you can order online if you aren't in the area. read more

The items are beautiful, but there aren't any price tags on the jewelry or home goods (I didn't bother to check out the baby stuff). No sales assistant proactively offered help while I wandered the store, so I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. From what I've seen online, the prices are reasonable, and I came in wanting to purchase at least one piece of jewelry. I had my eye on a pair of gold earrings, but I didn't want to have to approach a salesperson and possibly be pressured into buying more than I intended. Most seemed busy helping larger groups, but I did notice several who were just talking or staring at the door. I prefer a hands-off shopping experience where I can browse pressure-free and take my time and feel great about my purchases. However, with no way to see prices anywhere without having to approach someone myself, I just left. read more

The quality is so cheap looking: I've purchased from uncommon James a couple times. Back when the company started the jewelry was much better quality. Now it looks like straight from CHINA. Also....they ALWAYS get my order incorrect, Not sure who is working fulfillment but it's horrible!! Save your money! Sorry KC we love you but the jewelry is trash. read more

The bad reviews make me sad because we had THE BEST experience from the moment we walked in. I honestly considered not going because of the bad reviews but I'm so glad we did to form our own opinion! I have bought online many times and I love the jewelry. It's very classy and great quality in my opinion with such a reasonable price. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the store manager. She let us know how everything worked and offered us water/seltzer. The staff and customer service was wonderful they were so helpful, knowledgeable and so sweet! You can try on the jewelry in the store and if you want to purchase, they grab it for you and stick it up front under your name while you shop! Like I said overall it was a wonderful experience. If you get the opportunity to go you absolutely should. Also I'm not one to leave reviews at all but I thought this one deserved it. read more

I went because of the obvious, Kristin C. I've watched her on TV since I was a young teen. I wanted to see her stuff in person. We were passing through from Oklahoma to our next base. The staff was helpful and checked on us a few times. The store is small, but packs so much. I splurged for the $80 pine candle to burn this holiday season and a new pair or earrings. My daughter bought a ring. They only had a size 8 in store and a 7 would have been better. I wish I asked about buying online and shipping free to our house.
