Do not use this place. The customer service is terrible and they sell defective products out of the box. They do not respond and when they do they are rude. Horrible horrible service. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I ordered parts around July 1st, still waiting for the complete order as of 8/16/2025, I called on this order on 7/21/2025 and was told it was shipped out on 7/18/2025, did not receive it till around 8/1/2025 and it was only 1/2 of the order. I called and they assured me that they would ship out the rest which I have NEVER RECEIVED. The gentleman I talked to was Elias Gonzalez, DO NOT TRUST HIM HE LIES. I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1-star to write this otherwise it would be a negative 10 stars. read more

They have horrible service. I ordered a grill in September and they said it will be shipped end of October. I called to cancel order because it not ship end of October . It is now April and freight company calls me to deliver the grill that I no longer need and that was supposed to be canceled. They said if I cancel I have to pay restocking fee. Now I am forced to keep the grill. read more

Absolutely terrible company to do business with,no call backs which were promised 3 times, had to cancel a $2500 order because no one would correct an incorrect delivery address. I ordered a refrigerated prep table which they said usually ships in a day. Save yourself a headache and order from Webstraunt, they have a customer solutions team that takes care of any problem immediately,I have used Webstraunt for 8 years and never had a problem that wasn't resolved. The reason i tried chef's deal is because they didn't have the brand i read more

Chef's Deal is a great and friendly place to purchase from. Kind and knowledgeable staff really make shopping easy.

After I wrote the review, the company contacted me. They were going to try and resolve the issue. Today I got my money back, I just lost over $100 for shipping. They said that the problem was the brand of the product, Krowne, they are just an intermediary company. read more

I bought a freezer and had problems with the equipment, but the team of chefs solved the problem quickly. excellent work.

Great service. Able to cash and carry because they have stock

Went in to purchase a fryer for a business im starting up. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but they were able to help me order it directly from the manufacturer. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed in touch with me for updates on my order and when it arrived they called to schedule a convenient delivery time for me. The fryer I purchased works perfectly and I honestly cannot be happier with both the item and the service. Thank you Chef's Deal team!! read more

Very helpful associates. Variety of new and used equipment in good and working conditions. Recommended Dealer.

I don't recommend this company. I bought a commercial display freezer from the company, gave my business address to ship it and they delivered not once but twice to my home address. When I finally received it it also came with the wrong plug. It cost me $535.00 to replace it then after one month of operation the freezer compressor went out and cost me $3,200.00 in product plus the cost of replacing the freezer. I made an effort to resolve the issue and sent all the documentation supporting the problem to the company but the company has not made an effort to resolve the issue. read more

While I have not shopped there directly, based on the pricing that they have on the website, this would be a good place to check out. I recently opened a restaurant and spent quite a lot of money on equipment. Wish I had known about them before. read more

A bunch of crooks!! They sent a damaged unit and try to say it was damaged during my install. I have surveillance footage showing the product damaged as I unwrapped it. After fighting with Amazon they agreed to return the unit!! Then I find out they only returned 50% of my $3677.25!! Crooked a@@holes!!! Never do business with these crooks!!! I have the last laugh cause my credit card company has sided with me and reversed 100% of the charge. So Chefs Deal & Amazon could both go to hell!!! read more

We are starting a concession trailer business and went here to get our kitchen equipment. They had pretty much everything we needed and we are pleased with the purchasing experience. We purchased high dollar items and ended paying over $3,000 for everything. Part of our purchase was 2 stainless steel work tables. When we had a chance to open the boxes after arranging all of the equipment in our trailer, we realized that one of the tables did not have legs in the box. When I finally had a chance to call when they were open, they told me that it was too late. I had to let them know within 48 hours, which probably was in the tiny print all companies like to give to customers but never mention in person. So now I am stuck with a $135 useless table after spending $3,000 at this place. That's just bad business. These people rack in $$$$$ loads a day. If they can't make a customer happy, they are pretty much useless to me. It's bad business. We have many other purchases that we need to make and we will be finding somewhere else to buy it. The biggest purchase will be a $2,000 hood vent which we will purchase somewhere else now that I know how much my business means to them. read more
