While this store is a bit smaller than some others I have been to, I found the customer service to be fantastic here. Delorean was my sales associate and he is so friendly and easy to talk to. He was helpful with any questions I had and just had an overall great demeanor. I usually purchase online but will definitely be back whenever I am looking for a specific Gucci item now. I will not be buying anything from this store again! I had previous in store purchases from here. I decided to buy a purse through the SA I had used prior! She didn't email me my receipt I had to ask her for it.. which I got it finally in my box that I received .. I asked her prior to ship to open the bag and look over everything to make sure there wasn't any flaws! Which she said she would. I received my bag today ! Horrific I opened it to find corrosion and black on the hardware ! I texted and called her immediately and sent pics ! She acted like oh no big deal n said I could ship it back and she would send me a label to ship Back ! The manager called me acted like it was no big deal 3,100 dollars is a big deal!!! He offered to ship me another bag after he received this one ! No thank you ! You can keep your corroded bags to yourself! Gucci do better ! Get better people that actually care about selling a luxury bag! This is sad! I or my step son will not be doing business with Gucci in Nashville Tennessee ! I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag. A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me.. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27, 2022. He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me. I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately! Thank you. read more

Everything is laid out so perfectly that you'll probably wish you had an extra $20K laying around. Gucci gang, Gucci gang, Gucci gang. Delorean is amazing. I have been through so many bags I know what I like and don't. He probably showed me every bag in the store within my description to him and how they can used in different ways even though they didn't have what I needed he never got down and presented each bag with enthusiasm! He wasn't pushy, accepted my feedback and didn't try to upsell or show additional things. Man, what a gem. I feel so lucky to have gotten him when I walked in the door! A significant birthday for my wife. Desired to get her something she hasn't had before. LV bags are beautiful but very plenteous from outlets to flea markets. DY is nice but copies abound. Other times I have walked by the Gucci store and looked in the window but the line was too long getting in due to social distancing rules. Today I walked by and there was no line waiting. I was immediately greeted by Lucy and she accessed my reason for dropping in. She was very informative and knew her products. You can tell she is a GUCCI fan, not just a GUCCI sales person, because of her enthusiasm for various pieces. Being a male with limited purse tastes, Lucy was very helpful. Check out was quick and all digital. I left with a beautiful GUCCI purse, something new for my bride of 40 years. The store is not huge, but very inviting and the products are beautifully displayed. I would give Delorean from Gucci Nashville a hundred stars if I could. His service is absolutely impeccable. He is attentive, professional, non pretentious and kind. He does not pressure you and he tries to bring out options for you only when you ask. My husband and I have traveled all over the USA and Europe and have shopped and MANY Gucci stores. Delorean is by far the best personal shopper I have ever had. He made sure that the items we purchased were tailored and sent to our home (as we live in Buffalo NY). Delorean also called a few days after we got home to make sure our items that were being delivered were going to the correct address and inquired if there was anything else he could do for us. Delorean was easy to reach by cell phone when I needed to return an item as well weeks later. I can not say enough good things about him. Lastly, we do not have a Gucci near Buffalo, I gave him a list of ready to wear items to be on the look out for and to text me photos if they become available. One million stars. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I've been wearing Gucci for years and was so excited to find out about the new store in Nashville. The first time, I stopped by to check out the new store. Staff was unfriendly but thought they may have just been busy and having a bad day. The second time I came in to purchase a belt. A blonde headed lady approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I told her the belt and size I needed where she proceeded to whisper to her coworker. Then looked at me, told me she couldn't help me, and that I could order it online. I asked if she could have it ordered from the online store and shipped to me and she told me no that I would have to do it myself. It saddens me that this is the way customers are treated. I flew all the way to Nashville from Las Vegas just to see family and to go shop at this new Gucci store. I initially came to buy a belt for work and maybe a few more items, so I'm walking through the store just looking me and my son and keep in mind it's about 25-30 other people in the store at this time so the "security" started out facing the front of the store by the time I get to the mens section he's turned completely around starring at me as if I'm going to steal. I brush off and continue to look at some shoes, so I start to walk towards to belts were he was standing I greeted this guy then said "excuse me" I started looking at the belts finally found the one I wanted I turn around and this guy is turned completely around starring at me once again. It pissed me so much because I didn't feel valued and I've been wearing Gucci for as long as I can remember. FYI as long as that guy makes Customers feel that way this location will lose lots of loyal customers like myself.
