To "fix" our washer that didn't dispense softener, they came the next day and merely replaced the drawer (that simply slides out in the front) and charged $140 for the 60 second "repair" that required no tools or even skill. I would have gladly paid for the part and slid the new drawer in myself to save $140 if they had made the problem clear when they diagnosed it 2 weeks prior.

The service repair person, K, came out and asked for a letter of authentication from the manufacturer. I have no clue what that is. I was told to call this company for repairs. Needless to say, no repair was made, but the $152.90 service call was made. I wasted my time and money scheduling with this company. I made arrangements with another company and the service technician called the manufacturer and obtained what was needed while in my home for the repair which was covered under the warranty.
