iGeek Electronic Repair is the place to go for you electronic repair needs! I normally rate food restaurants but this is an exception case... So, I was using my wife laptop and I was multi-tasking doing three things at one time and while in the mist of changing locations I dropped her hp laptop!!!! OMG!!! Yes, I was in trouble... Even my dog barked at me like "you in trouble bro".... Anyway, the computer died on me and It did not boot back up properly; It was showing me some funky stuff which I had no idea what I was looking at on the screen. I looked up the warning on the internet and basically it told me IM SCREWED! So, I went to the best APP in the world for help... YELP! I found a computer repair shop that could help a brother out; The place was iGeek. They had great reviews on Yelp; Yelp being a reliable source of information, I decided to try them out to get me out of the dog house. The experience - iGeek Electronics Repair is a nice place that has great staff to help you with you electronic repair needs. They had my wife laptop repaired within 24hrs and were very courteous on touching back with me once they identified the problem. Afterwards, they told me what repair would bring the laptop back to perfect working condition. In addition, they will tell you the cost for repairs and the rest is on you to move forward or not... The price for my repair I thought was great! I know dependent on the repair cost varies, so if your in need of electronic repairs you should call iGeek about resolution to your electronic concern or do like me just drop by the shop (walk-in). I gave iGeek a 5-star rating for the following reasons - 1. Quick turn around to the customer (24hrs for me). 2. Great staff. 3. Good follow up response. 4. called to talk to a specific worker that i've did business with before and trust working on my pc. we talked briefly, then said he had some customers waiting and to call him back in 30 minutes so i did so with no answer. so as he said he had customers there waiting so i gave it another hour before calling back. at that time he answered apologized for the inconvience which was no problem. we briefly talked more about what he was going to be doing to my pc next and then he had another customer come in, then said he had to call me back later and to send him pics of my case for dimensions for a part we were going to order but never got his number to send pics. so i called him back bout 4 to 5 hours later to let him know i was going to just come monday with the pc to make things easier, when the owner answered. he asked if he could help me, i kindly asked if the person i do dealings with there if he was available, with his response being that he was with a customer, which is fine, but as i was going to ask the owner to just relay my message of me coming by monday he proceeds to cut me off saying why do i always call and bother them. in the past year i had called them 5 times, with the calls included of the day of this incident. i dont recommend anyone to this unprofessional, poor responsive service. *side note. maybe if you actually called your paying customer back like you say your going to, mayb said customer wouldnt have to call u 3 times to get a straight answer. piss poor company. surprise their still in business. read more
