My iPhone 6+ charging port had been giving me trouble for about 18 months. A phone repair at the Ventura Mall worked on the iPhone, cleaned the port & replaced the battery. Fairly soon after, the looseness when connecting to charging cable began again. Later the failures to maintain connection while charging with the messages that iPhone doesn't recognize charging cable, (it's a Belkin, not cheap and this shouldn't be the problem). I checked out the Yelp reviews for USA Wireless and because they speak to reliability I stopped in. Neftali was understanding when I shared my frustrations with prior servicing. He advised that he could replace my charging port with Apple parts & have my 6+ ready within one hour. He quoted a price and did not try to upcharge once he opened my phone. Neftali was very professional in how he handled me and the other customers who came in while I was there. I will patronize this community-based business again and recommend it to others. My fiancé and I had some issues with our iPhone 6s some months back. His battery wasn't charging and my phone's wifi signal kept cutting out to IDE/No Service. The first guy that worked on both we later found out was an employee that no longer works there. My fiancé's battery wasn't connected right, so he had to come back and ask for it to be looked at again. The owner took one look at it and connected the battery properly. Yesterday, I went back in thinking I needed to spend a lot on either an expensive chip or a newer phone, cause the same former employee put in an antennae that didn't help the service and suggested the wrong part. Again, the owner took a second look and now my phone has a strong signal again! He didn't charge me a second time either. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because you always want to double check with other staff members at a business to make sure of issues. The owner knows his stuff and I highly recommend him. Yesterday, I took my iPhone 6S to this store to have the battery replaced. After replacing the battery, the back camera does not work. Now they tell me it is not their fault and they couldn't have caused the problem. I am a retired electronics engineer and part of my career was spent working for Motorola while they were in the cellular telephone business. I have a good understanding of the technology of cell phones. With this type of attitude, this store should not be in business. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 6S. I came by and dropped it off and it was ready in about 30 minutes. Super nice guy helped me out and made it easy and painless. Also they use legitimate batteries, not cheap knock offs. My phone now feels like a new phone despite being a much older model. Not only does the battery last many many hours longer, but the phone works faster because it no longer throttles performance because of lack of battery power. I wish I could give 0 stars because I am so unbelievably disappointed with this company. I dropped my IPhone XR and cracked the top corner of my screen. I brought it to USA Wireless to get a new screen and when I received my phone, the touch response was significantly slower, but I wasn't too worried about it, just a bummer. I had to rush to work and while at work, I noticed that my new screen was not popped into the phone all the way. Later that day, I accidentally popped the screen all the way in while messing with my phone. A couple days later, my screen lcd started to bleed. By the time I was able to bring my phone back to USA Wireless, it had been about a week since they "fixed" my phone, and the bottom on my phone screen was bleeding with vertical lines one the edge of the screen. The guy who works at USA Wireless refused to fix my phone and claimed that he did nothing wrong. I then asked for a refund on the screen repair that made my phone worse then before, still nothing. I now have to either find a third party person who can hopefully actually fix my phone or I have to buy a new phone because my phone response and screen is getting worse and worse everyday because of the horrible work USA Wireless did. So very disappointed and upset. read more

Well this was my first time at USA Wireless and I must say I had a really great experience. I brought in an tablet to have the guys here take a look at it and see if they could do the repair. I previously had someone else work on it and tried to do the repair but it turns out that person was not great. They caused some damage to the tablet, which I was already aware of. But the guys here said they would try and see if they could do the repair. These guys were very informative and kept me up to date with everything. Even though they were not able to get the repair done I know it wasn't their fault. Someone else had just damaged some electronic parts previously. But I know these guys went above and beyond and because they were not able to fix it, there were no charges. I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service here.
