I had another unexpected visit to USA wireless, this time my youngest child broke my phone and it was disabled... since I conduct a lot of my work by phone I need to take it in to USA wireless ASAP, the owner there is nice and and fixed my iPhone in less then an our, that's why I always go back. Check his place out their prices are very reasonable and it seem they use good replacement parts.

This place is truly a great example of awesome customer service. I had a big mess of paying too…read moremuch for a battery from another store. The store manager here went above and beyond to help sort it out. For sure they will get my business here. They have every kind of batteries n bulbs you will need here. If they don't have it in stock they will get it ordered whatever fits your needs. Locations tucked in the strip of a plaza next to chop house but easily can be found.

The system confirmed my appointment. On Monday 2/6/2023, I received a call from a guy at the store who could not string two coherent sentences together to explain the reason for his call. He said they had gotten my appointment and that he *thought* that they *might not* have the cell phone battery I needed and for which I'd scheduled an appointment for them to replace. He said that they *might* have a truck that would come in with it. I asked him if I needed to cancel the appointment. He said he didn't know and that he wasn't the person to talk to. I said, "When y'all get it figured out call me. I have an appointment." No one called me. No texts or emails came. In fact, I got an early morning text reminding me of the appointment. So, I dutifully went to the store location and arrived precisely 2 minutes before the appointed time. I went to the door. It was locked. I peeked in through the reflections on the door and saw a lady standing inside. She walked forward and unlocked the door and let me in. I apologized -- for some reason out of a need to be polite for having her do her job -- and said, "Sorry, maybe I got here early for my little appointment." She said, "What appointment? We don't have any appointments." So, I told her, "Yeah, I have an appointment at 9 that I made a week ago online." Batteries Plus Lady: "Oh. Well, when they do that sometimes we don't see it." [Who's "they"?] [This is strike one -- don't blame your system. Own the error. Make it right.] Me: "I got an email that confirmed the appointment." BPL: "Maybe you scheduled it at the Smyrna location." [Strike two -- don't blame me. I made the dadgum appointment and you confirmed it. I know where I live. Your deflection is not mitigation of harm. Do I *look* that directionally challenged to you? Why would I schedule an appointment at a store 25 minutes from me when you're like 10 minutes from me??] Me: [opens 2/4/2023 email confirming today's 9AM appointment at Thompson Drive in M'boro] "Here's the email that confirms my appointment for here." BPL: What was your name again? Me: [I tell her my name, which she repeats back incorrectly -- twice -- before I correct her and she gets it right.] BPL: [Furiously texting someone she works with, she never made that clear]. "We don't have anyone here today who can work on phones." Me: "But I had an appointment." BPL: "Andy called everyone that had an appointment to let them know he wouldn't be here today. We usually don't work on phones on the weekends." Me: "Funny, I didn't get a call from Andy." BPL: "I don't have your appointment in here." Me: "Well, I *did* get a call on Monday the 6th from a guy who didn't really make sense. Y'all got the appointment or he wouldn't have called me. I wasn't clear on what he was trying to tell me. Maybe it was the long drive I'd been on, but he said you *might* not have the battery, but you *might*. I told him 'when y'all figure it out, give me a call,' but I had an appointment and no one called me to cancel it so here I am. BPL: "Did you talk to Andy?" Me: "I don't remember the guy's name. I just know he wasn't clear about why he called and I told him when he figures it all out to let me know but I have an appointment." BPL: [Explains that we can reschedule, but never offers to do it and offers no explanation if they actually have the battery or not or when on a weekend day I can reschedule for.] Me: "I can do Saturday morning." BPL: "We're also open on Sundays but I can't remember what time we open." Me: "I can do a Sunday afternoon maybe." [At this point, I have decided hell will freeze over first.] BPL: "Well, I'm sorry you didn't understand the call on Monday. [STRIKE THREE.] Me: "No, I fully understood the call. I understood every word that was coming out of the guy's mouth. HE was not making sense. HE was confused. That's why I told him 'when you figure it out call me." [I walk out.] BPL: [Some lame perfunctory excuse-laden faux apology fading as the door closes behind me.] Customer service is at an all time low. These are not kids. These are adults. Do better. Be better. Quit being lazy in the way you think about your customers. We are not here for you. You're here for us.
