We were coming to Nashville for an event and needed business cards printed. Since our home store in Florida couldn't guarantee they'd be done, I found this location which was along our route. From the initial phone call to find out if they could get them done to when we picked them up, everyone was SO nice! The cards were done sooner than expected and was given that message by a friendly call. When we arrived, I was so impressed by how clean and tidy the store is! Our cards turned out wonderful and the staff working this evening greeted us with smiles. We will definitely choose this location again when we're in town!! read more

Staff are too busy flirting with customers to do any real work. Came by to print and scan something. Didn't expect to be completely dismissed by the only worker there because she was too busy drooling all over the floor as she carried on a meaningless conversation with a male patron. We were just at Staples on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro. We had come to buy a keyboard, mouse and monitor. We were looking at these items but no one came to help us. My wife went and asked for help but the girl at the help desk was "too busy" to help and did not offer to get someone. I went to the customer service desk and told them we needed to get a monitor that was alarmed so someone had to come unhook it. I stood there for fifteen minutes waiting no one came to help but now both employees we had spoken to were at customer service talking to each other. There was hardly anyone in the store and these two were not helping anyone else. Longtime customer and business owner. Going to Best Buy or Office Depot to spend my money. Placed an order and received confirmation that delivery would be made on 1/06. Date came and went with no delivery. It's now been a week and when checking tracking it just states missed delivery-leave at SDO. No communication from Staples as to reason why they are refusing to deliver. They will not give a reason as to why delivery was not being made. Will never purchase anything from Staples again. read more

This is specifically for their copy/print center although the rest of the store is pretty tried-and-true. Their print/copy center offers amazing, award-deserving customer service. Nicolette has been there for several years, and has helped me with numerous projects, from volunteer work to getting our fledgling business materials printed and printing oversize pieces for us. She's a true gem - unfailingly cheerful, always professional and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. read more

Yesterday I visited the store to make a return. I had my receipt but not the card used to purchase the merchandise, school supplies. My husband had used his card to purchase the items. I asked the cashier to just put the return on a gift card and before I could get it out that I would get what I needed there at the store, she interrupted me to tell me that I paid with a debit and I had to put it back on the debit. I said ok but I would have to go somewhere else then. She never acknowledged me. When she was done ringing the return she asked me for the card. I told her I didn't have the card and said that's why I was asking for a store card. Again she never acknowledged me. She called a manager and when he walked up I told him I was ok with a store card. He ultimately told her it was ok to give me cash. She put the money in my hand and I told her thank you. She never looked up at me let alone said a word to me. She started ringing up the people behind me. The only time she acknowledged me was when she cut me off to tell me I had to use my debit card. I might would have thought this cashier was just having a bad day or provided bad customer service generally but she was just as nice and helpful as she could be to the people in front of me in line. Even showing them a picture on her phone. Apparently she took issue with my return, me or both. I was never rude to her. I never asked for cash and I had ever intention on putting the money back in the store and probably more because my husband wanted me to look for some stuff for his work desk. However, because of how I was treated based on what appeared to be assumptions made by this cashier I took my money and business elsewhere. I will never shop at this store again due to this unnecessarily rude and disrespectful cashier. read more

I have mixed feelings about staples at this moment their website turned on me at the worst point and I cancelled my paid in full order of my nephews birthday banner and I did not find out till my mother went to pick it up and we were both angry about this then the website craps out on us so I couldn't even remake it so I would still have it as a gift for my sweet little nephew the only thing that saved me was the fact a very nice and helpful employee earlier today helped me out and made my banner over email today she is the only reason that the satisfaction that was promised did not leave me more disappointed and pthan I already was I am truly thankful for that very helpful employee but I do not recommend staples for anyone else for it almost made such a grave error that would have lead to leaving my sweet nephew disappointed because his aunt couldn't get him his birthday present read more

Everything is good however I think your workers seriously need to change their attitudes towards paying customers! This girl at the front desk was the rudest, unhelpful "worker" I've ever seen. Wouldn't even tell me where anything was. Hopefully that gets taken care of. read more

There's a few key items that I will buy here just because you can't find them anywhere else, but the bulk of my Staples shopping is for school supplies. They run really good sales at the start of the school year and I always head here without fail! I also like the fact that you can recycle you ink and toner cartridges here for in store rewards with their loyalty card. read more

This store doesn't get busy like other stores. The shopping center it is in gets busy but you can always find parking. I buy ink for my printer here. They have good sales. Their prices are good for school supplies. read more

Went here for the Copy Center and the girls there are awesome. I am just starting up a business and usually use Vista Print but their prices are great compared to them. I emailed my items to be printed and they were very prompt to finish the job. My items were ready within the hour and I even ordered my business cards the same day and it was finished and perfect.
