My first time there. The store looked Great and business appeared to be good. I was mailing 2 parcels for my Vinted purchases. The store had much to offer in supplies. They had cards and a large container of packing popcorn. The service was quick efficient and the clerk was very personable. I don't know about the value but I am sure they are comparable to USPS and FedEx. read more

Sent a few boxes recently but there was an abundance of rude behavior, rude language, and unwillingness to be helpful. The only thing the women working there needed to do was listen before speaking. I will travel twice the distance to never use them again. Please be cognizant of who you employ or how customers are treated. If your P&L is upside down, I can certainly tell you why. read more

Professional and friendly staff on all three visits I have had to this business. You can mail from here through FedEx, UPS and US postal service. The pick up times for each are posted outside the door. The staff did not have any issue with helping me do price comparisons so that my packages could arrive as quickly yet as inexpensively as possible. There are mailboxes for rent, you can buy stamps, they also can place packing peanuts in your delicate packages (there is a $1 charge if they seal your package...curious if this is waived if you buy the packing peanuts), they sell a small collection of GOOD cards and also do printing on resume paper for only 25 cents a copy. You can bring your resume or other printed Needs on a thumb (flash) drive or you can simply email it to them. I will continue to use this business for all my shipping and resume needs. read more

On 5/28/20 I paid $176.98 to ship a perishable item overnight. The lady neglected to mention that delivery would not be guaranteed. Not only that, she upsold me an extra $15 to "guarantee" delivery by 10:00 AM next day. The item was not delivered the next day and was spoiled.When I went back (twice) to complain I was put off each time with "we are working on it." I was told I would get a call from them (both times) but of course no call ever came. When my credit card came in I disputed the charge but CP&M refused the honor the dispute. Tonight my 4-year-old son and I went into The UPS store to ship giftcards to a family member working in the relief shelters in Gatlinburg for victims of the wildfires. Many of them are still wearing the same clothes they had on when they fled from the fire Monday. We walked into the store, they asked what we needed and they refused to help us mail the gift cards, even after I explained what they were for. I asked why not, and the extremely young, lip-glossed, employee behind the counter said, we just can't. Then her coworker rolled her eyes at us. I looked at my son and I said, "We have to go find someone else to help us." We walked out the door, crossed the parking lot to the FedEx at Copy, Pack and Mail and asked them, "Can you help us mail gift cards?" And they said, "Why couldn't we?" I said, "I have no idea but UPS refused." And they did, with great care and concern for the people we were trying to help. On the way out, my son said, "Did he help us, Mommy?" I said, "Yes, baby, he helped us." My son looked and the nice man behind the counter and said, "Thank you for helping us, sir." The man smiled back and said he'd be praying for everyone involved. If I can help it at all, I'll never use UPS again. And the Copy, Pack and Mail just won my business for a lifetime. 10 families will have clean socks and clothes because they cared enough to stick a label on an envelope and expedite it across the state. THEY STOLE MY IPHONE 4. $400 THEFT. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I recently mailed my iphone 4 to Sprint from this location. They lied to me and told me they could not put a tracking number on the package. Sprint nor USPS ever received the item. Clearly they saw what they boxed and decided to keep it. They lied about the tracking to keep me from being able to pinpoint their theft. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! read more

Just went to this place at 5:50 pm, 10 mins before closing. Gentleman working told me they could not ship my package after 5:45, which was directed by his boss. He spent 5 minutes trying to explain that they normally don't pack and ship items after 5:45 because they have to close at 6 pm. I had to ask him 3 times during his long explanation whether he was going to take my business or not. Finally, after the 3d time he said no. Don't understand why a business would have posted hours if they are not going to work those hours. I will suggest you find a shipping merchant who actually wants your business and avoid this place. They get the 1 star because I cannot make it any more negative. read more

***ALOT OF 1 STARS AND ANOTHER ONE NOW***I found out by FedEx that this company is a self owned franchised business and their rates are extremely outrageous. we sent a box to FL to arrive on Saturday since it was flying into Puerto Rico the following day however the box never arrived Saturday we called FedEx trying to see where the box was and FedEx said their driver left a note saying he had went but no one was home however no slip was left and our cameras show other wise. Driver never showed up to the house. FedEx arranged to have the box sent back to us in TN and told me to call for the refund once I have the box. My mother went to pick up the box form cop pack & mail since that's where it came back to and the store manager told her he doesn't do refunds that has to be done through FedEx. So we called FedEx and related the message and that's when FedEx told me that they are showing an amount for 21.86 not 38.97 that maybe that store charges that fee so I have to talk to the store or their cooperate office. I have been very patient but now I am beyond frustrated because this guy has supposedly been working on this for me but, FedEx is telling me he hasn't started a case on this with them because if not it would be in their claims system. I think this guy is trying to dodge from giving me a refund and that is horrible. I have further investigations and will be contacting BBB on Monday if I don't hear from him before noon as well also contacting my attorney to see what he suggests in a situation like this. I will involve everyone necessary since this guy is just way to busy to take care of problems in his own store. Will advise everyone to go directly to a FedEx or UPS location since fees here are hidden and customer service is literally an nightmare. read more

Because we are a small business and believe in promoting and supporting other small businesses, we chose to use Copy Pack & Mail to handle shipping for our auctions. Seven days after taking items to this store, there are items that have still not been shipped. Items that were bundled together and had an invoice attached clearing stating that the items went to the same person and needed to be shipped together were instead shipped separately. We have been inundated by phone calls from our customers who state they cannot get a return phone call from anyone at Pack&Mail and have been unable to get a tracking number for their items. We have also asked for return phone calls on several occasions, and we are still waiting for those return calls. We will definitely use a different company for our auction next month, and all auctions in the future. If we are asked if we could recommend Pack&Mail, all we can say is if you are a business that does a lot of shipping and want to keep your customers satisfied, you may want to seriously consider another shipping company. read more
