The glass is flawless and the phone wasn't dropped; it is a defective part! Instead of honoring their warranty, the manager refused to fix it and told me to file another insurance claim or "take my work someplace else." To make it worse, I overheard the same manager telling another customer to buy insurance from him, wait a few days, and then bring in an already broken device to get it covered. This store uses sketchy parts, won't stand by their work, and actively encourages insurance fraud. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Corporate has been notified.
