I tried to return a battery that we had a problem with within a very few days. This one, however had gotten hot and had begun to smoke after it was used. They said they couldn't do anything with it because they couldn't sell it to anyone else. After contacting the person that sold the vehicle the battery was for, we found out that the first battery they had sold us was incorrect and therefore they replaced it with another incorrect battery. This one caused a problem because the bike was actually used, unlike when we got there first battery. There was no testing, no offer of warranty or replacement, or return of purchase price even though this was returned to them with receipt within a few days. The customer service person was trying to be nice, but clearly was not empowered to do anything to correct the situation.
