It's been awhile since I've been to this UPS store but went out of my way today to come here as it always had great service. Today, I was very surprised the horrible attitude of a younger / teen female long brown hair (tall). I had printed the return packing slip for one package and she handed it back immediately like I was stupid. No offer to suggest I look online for the URL which I have. I said I would come back. This ups is the worse in the USA. They close whenever they want and the won't even change the hours in the website. And when i called, I have been told that the boss decided to close early and that's how it works. I do shipping with UPS basically every day and I had too many of damaged items and I talked to an employee and I asked why every time I ship a fragile item with ups , it broke on the way even I have the fragile sticker. That what he said""" the workers or the driver when they see the FRAGILE Sticker, they will do it by purpose""""""". That's wooooooow. I'm not going to use ups anymore, it's a waist of time and money. And I'm already contacting the ups to claim about that store. read more

One star for the older lady employee who is rude. Perhaps she hates her job, people or has something horrible happening in her life, but it's no reason to talk disrespectful and down to customers or anyone. read more

I had two packages to drop off today. Went to UPS first and when checking out I asked it I could have a piece of tape because I noticed my Fedex Box that was about to be dropped off in a box needed it. Was told that I, who was paying for a package at that very moment, couldn't have a single piece of tape because my other package was going to FedEx. I didn't realize UPS was hurting so hard that they can't afford either a tiny bit of tape, or to provide anything resembling customer service. read more

Site is closed when the hours on website and storefront says they are open, and getting in and out is congested

I will always go here. One day I went and was having a hard day. A older gentlemen that worked there helped me and took boxes out to my car and said a prayer with me. He lifted me up and I'll never forget it! Thank you for such great service from a wonderful staff. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife went in to meet with notary to get her form notarized for school. She was told that there was no notary, I then called and asked if there was currently a notary in office and was told yes to just walk in and they would be available until close (6:30PM). My wife was discriminated against due to her sexual orientation and was HIGHLY uncomfortable due to judgmental stares and remarks made to her. This is illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation, I fully intend to escalate this to wherever I need to because this is unacceptable. I am disgusted by the treatment she received. Thankfully, I work for an attorney as well so we will be escalating this and reporting to the state of Tennessee. read more

These people are just incredibly nice. Eric helped me today and I dont know that I have ever met anyone as genuine and pleasant. I was greeted and thanked for coming in by almost every person in the store. I dont have any real reason to go back to this store on most days but can honestly say when I do have a reason this is where I will go. read more

These people seem to have an issue with following the mask mandate. Some days the employees are wearing masks and being safe, other days they aren't. Also - the religious signage and CD's available on the front counter is totally inappropriate for UPS to allow. read more

I'd rather go out of my way and travel to a different UPS Store location than deals with certain employees who work here. First of all, online information says they open at 6:30 AM. I arrived just prior to 8:30 AM and the store was all locked up and closed. The sign on the outside window said they open at 8 or 8:30 M-F. Well, not so much. There was an additional sign on the door that stated they'd be opening at 9 AM this week. Would be nice if they'd update the online information so customers don't have to waste their time like I did. As I got back in my car, the individual parked next to me who turned out to be an employee just sitting in her car and watching three other customers try the door, doing nothing to explain the delayed hours, unlocked the door and went in. Very irritating! Then once inside, they charge you for everything, even just to print out a label (over $2)! I know this isn't the case at every location, which makes me exceptionally dislike this one! Take your business somewhere else! read more

This store is wonderful with a great staff. I called about getting a paper notarized and they said come by and they were available. I went straight there and Didumo came and helped me right away. She was very professional and kind. I appreciated her also telling me about their other services. I have something to ship and have been putting it off because I was not sure how to package. She told me all I need to do is bring it in and they can package properly and ship for me. I will be doing all my shipping and copies from this location. read more

I took roughly $150 in amazon returns over a week ago because Amazon says it's the easiest way to make a return. However, the UPS store still has not sent back my items and when I called yesterday to inquire about the delay, they told me it could likely be almost another week before my items are returned for credit. That's 2 weeks to get my money back! UPS said it's because they wait for a large shipping container to be filled before sending it back. I've never experienced this with amazon returns to Kohl's or Pony Express. I'm incredibly frustrated! When I called customer service to file a complaint, they blew me off! read more
