Upon pushing the issue further I received a call from a rep at the company. Though it was a process this company did stand behind the costumer and truly did want to see us content with what we received.

I was told 5-7 months when it actually took 9 months. I want them to be more diligent on customer service. I realize the pandemic has put strain on products and timelines. However, it doesn't cost anything to call the customer to tell them what's happening when weeks have gone by their prediction date. Only after I called twice did the product get there. Then, I was told another 6 weeks to finish the stone work. Only to have to call again to see when it would be placed because it was over 6 weeks. When the product was finally ready.
