Very cool vintage clothing shop. Ever since Julian,…read more California when I bought some pieces of jewelry, my interest was peaked to come here cuz we had 30 minutes til we could check into our lodging. Tonight Doc got us reservations for a Speakeasy Mystery Crawl in Nashville. The COLD night air confirmed I better buy a black coat to match the new black dress since they have a dress code. Thankfully I found a bedazzled light weight black coat for $30, bling earrings and a ring to get into the mood for this evening's 7:30 pm event. This shop did not have that musty smell like Goodwill or Savers. We'd shop for music or Big Sky bears ages ago but not clothes. I think watching Twilight Zone in my school age years gave me the Willie's of wearing someone else's clothes. Hub's aunty even told them she had nightmares with her own mom's clothes when she passed. Hopefully the one sage bundle i saw in the shop will be cleansing enough with my purchases. Hubs stayed in the car with Grandpup and Doc decided to go next door and treated us to coffee. Thanks Doc for driving again today and the afternoon caffeine.

Prices matched the value of the clothing in my opinion. There was plenty of parking. The store is in an area where you can shop around a little.

This thrift store is a gold mine with phenomenal prices. I would say this is the BEST thrift store in Clarksville with the most excellent customer service! Presently, they have a 50% off linen sale. Lots of beautiful hand crocheted blankets. Ladies clothes (excluding formal clothes) are $5 a bag full. Clothing is $1 a piece unless specially priced. I bought: - a giant box of brand new crayons for 75 cents - two cool graphic tees - expensive stationary 50 cents With the assistance of Progressive Directions, Inc., the Thrift Store supports individuals with special needs and their families. The PDI Thrift Store also partners with Supported Employment and the State of Tennessee to make opportunities for those with disabilities to have paid positions. Overall, the PDI Thrift Store provides more jobs, additional funding for the Clarksville community and offers low cost items to all. - Source: http://www.progressivedirections.com/thrift-store/

I go in looking for coats for the homeless and there were used coats there marked at 25$. I'll stick to Salvation Army for those purchases. I'll be back though bc now I know.
