It was so rude but it was hot out. He waved for me to come in and let me buy some. The inside of the shop is beautiful!. Beads everywhere. Arrowheads. Many Unique finds. After asking he let my friend come in as well with both of our girls to look around. He was still patient with everyone while my kids were in the store looking too. Sure, it was a little busy, but I was there for over 15 minutes browsing, until literally the entire crowd was gone, Then guess what? All the associates disappeared until only one associate remained. She decided it was better to check out her phone instead of acknowledge or help me. I was the only customer in there now! They were super nice to everyone but me. I didn't say a word to anyone until interrupting that girl on her phone. So I keep wondering why they ignored me. Perhaps I should've just talked to the manager instead of writing this review. Things that made me different that day: I wasn't dressed up, my hair wasn't done, and I wasn't white. Remember the movie "Pretty Woman"? It was like that!

For the entirety of my time in the store (early winter, late Saturday afternoon), I was the only person in the gallery. Rather than feeling awkward or conspicuous, I was greeted with warmth, offered a cider (I passed), given gift advice, and engaged in a conversation about (what else) Vanderbilt. Even if I'd had no intention on buying a thing, after my interaction I would have done so. I truly appreciated the hospitality. In a home gallery, that couldn't be more apropos. Two For Home isn't a place you wind up at. You plan to come here. But planning yields dividends. I'd be shocked if you didn't leave here with more than one item -- and more on your list of possibilities. Shop local and discover your metro all in one place.
