After years of shopping here I will no longer be a customer. Sean and Felicia go over and beyond to…read morehelp everytime and always have offered the best customer service. As of 1.28.2026 I went to make a purchase and seemed to have two new people working. I had asked about Sean and Felicia and was given a rude answer from the lady working at that time. I then asked for help with a vape and what the flavor was the response I got was "I'm not sure, I don't know" it seems the two people working don't know anything about the product that is being sold. I'm truthfully not even sure the young man working the register was old enough to be doing so. This is very unfortunate as I was a valued customer and hope to see Sean and Felicia as they always went over and beyond for any of my needs.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, the interior is actually really well maintained, bright, clean, and organized. There are a ton of smoke shops here in Lebanon and they all look shady on the outside, Evolve definitely stands out in appearance. The guy working was helpful and was cool to talk with. We ended up getting three vape pens to try something new out. I've never seen a mushroom pen before so I'm excited to try this out next weekend (never on a work night). Our total came out to be about $60 for the three, mine being the most expensive at $30. Hopefully TN can realize someday that they can make major profit off of legalizing the good stuff with high taxes...one day. I hope.

I got two fake puff bars from this location. I don't think they were aware. But you can tell by the…read morecolor differences and the one on the left is slightly longer and has a logo on the back. If you purchase a puff bar here before opening check the code on the back to ensure it's a real puff bar and when opening there should be a small piece of paper along with the puff bar inside to prove it is a genuine one. Some companies are making or resembling fake ones and selling them to distributors. When you take a puff the fake ones will taste completely different and burnt but real puff bars should not ever taste burnt.
