It was a nice place to do business with till two weeks ago their credit card Machine wasn't working right and they ran my card twice and still wasn't working right and had to use the ATM to get the money to pay and they still charge my card and the owner was there and he said to wait and see if it actually went though and if it did he would take care of it. So I waiting till that Friday and the two charges was still on my statement so I went to my bank and got a print out of the two charges and went back up to the store last Monday and give the statement to the owner (Michael) and he said he would call me before the end of the week and still no phone call. The bank said they paid them so now I'm going to have to turn it over to my attorney and probably have to take him to court to make him pay. I normally spend on a avg about $1,800 a month at his store but Not anymore. He isn't a man of his word but I promise he will pay in the end. I have called and talk with the ky attorney general office and made a report with BBB and going to make a report with Ripped off. I own a business myself and if I charge someone card twice I would have to pay it back. It's not all about the money it's only $132.22. What I'm pissed about he said he was going to take care of it. He isn't a man of his word just that simple. If anyone looking for kratom go to a different store to get it cause they are ripping people's heads off up there. Michael I promise you one thing you will be giving me my money back. You can do it the right way or see you in court and you can pay the attorney fees and court cost and whatever it cost to take you to court.
