The employees really make this place a great place to be. I've had 2 disposable vapes in the past year not stop charging or burn before the time and they replaced it 100%. They have the best Delta8,9 & 10 products. great team. always so friendly and they remember me and my friends/family everytime they go with or without me! When my partner and I were ready to quit vaping they never tried to talk us into not stopping , instead encouraged it and had a wider selection of no nicotine vapes then any other store I've been to! Don't miss out on this great place!

Don't be fooled by the exterior, the interior is actually really well maintained, bright, clean, and organized. There are a ton of smoke shops here in Lebanon and they all look shady on the outside, Evolve definitely stands out in appearance. The guy working was helpful and was cool to talk with. We ended up getting three vape pens to try something new out. I've never seen a mushroom pen before so I'm excited to try this out next weekend (never on a work night). Our total came out to be about $60 for the three, mine being the most expensive at $30. Hopefully TN can realize someday that they can make major profit off of legalizing the good stuff with high taxes...one day. I hope.

As of 1.28.2026 I went to make a purchase and seemed to have two new people working. I had asked about Sean and Felicia and was given a rude answer from the lady working at that time. I then asked for help with a vape and what the flavor was the response I got was "I'm not sure, I don't know" it seems the two people working don't know anything about the product that is being sold. I'm truthfully not even sure the young man working the register was old enough to be doing so. This is very unfortunate as I was a valued customer and hope to see Sean and Felicia as they always went over and beyond for any of my needs.

What made the visit especially enjoyable was meeting the owner, He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. We had a great conversation, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his customers and the cigar community. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and have visited plenty of cigar lounges, and for me the people and atmosphere are every bit as important as what's in the humidor. Blue Flame delivered on all three. Great cigars, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
