I will say the price to spend for free delivery has gone up significantly and is on the website as $100 and $150 in two separate places. I placed an online order around the holidays. Got an email that my order was confirmed but after 10…read moredays I hadn't received an update so I emailed them. I figured with it being around and then after Christmas it may take some time but no one responded. Another week went by and I sent another email inquiring when I could expect it but still no response. I then sent an email asking if I could get a list of locations they ship to (I am an out of state customer, the website didn't mention shipping limitations but I figured maybe that was a factor). I finally got a response from an iPhone but it only said, "what state are you shipping to", nothing else. It was a bit unprofessional to me but I sent what state and then didn't hear anything else. I kind of assumed I had been scammed but a few days later I got a shipping notification. Cool, fine, I'm not that pressed as long as I got my paid product. My package came but now I see it's not what I ordered. Very annoying. I could have overlooked the lackluster customer service, but then to see that I wasn't sent what I bought on top of it maybe me write this review. Not sure if it's worth it to email again to say my order was wrong when no one answers anyway.

What made the visit especially enjoyable was meeting the owner, He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. We had a great conversation, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his customers and the cigar community. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and have visited plenty of cigar lounges, and for me the people and atmosphere are every bit as important as what's in the humidor. Blue Flame delivered on all three. Great cigars, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
