What made the visit especially enjoyable was meeting the owner, He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. We had a great conversation, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his customers and the cigar community. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and have visited plenty of cigar lounges, and for me the people and atmosphere are every bit as important as what's in the humidor. Blue Flame delivered on all three. Great cigars, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I'm not the one to complain but I had asked my MIL to pick me up a cigar for the 4th of July…read moreyesterday as one would. I open the box to find this thing crawling in mold. MIL goes in today to get it refunded or replaced and the guy at counter said "it's bloom, it's aged like fine wine" yes except wine isn't fluffy, smelling like a basement and blue. I loved this cigar lounge but if their staff can't identify what crystallized oil and fluffy MOLD is then I don't think people should shop here. Mold sporulates and will spread.

I went to Cork Dorks and when I showed them the brands my boss wanted, they were super helpful and pointed me a few storefronts over to Nashville Cigar. Stepped inside, and choked a little at first (I hate the smell of any cigar/cigarette/smoking thing) but really it was pretty cool. If you are into cigars it's a wonderland of treasures. The front is a cigar room where you can sit, relax and smoke. Very cool vibe. Back room is where all the goods are. Again, I know nothing, so I showed the brand list to the nice gent working and he hooked me up. Also, never knew how expensive a good cigar was until yesterday, crazy! But... you get what you pay for, as with anything in life. I won't be back unless sent on another errand for work, but for anyone into this world, you must check it out. Top notch quality and service!
