This is the best smoke and vape shop I've seen in the boro. I just wish I had known about it years ago. I had no idea I was spending so much money for items Token sells for way less. I was surprised at how cheap their elf bars were. I've decided driving almost an hour is worth it. Literally just pass all the shops closer to my home and business on the way now. They are incredibly knowledgeable with the items I was looking for, even taught me a few things. The staff is always welcoming when you walk in. You're immediately greeted, and they help you every step of the way. Everyone is friendly and care about you, and won't just sell you a high price item, they work with your budget. Its nice to be helped by someone who actually seems to care. Highly recommend this shop. They have a HUGE selection of everything! I'm gonna miss this shop when I move to Colorado in a couple years. Firstly I have to say I love the vibe and energy of the store and employees from the greeting. They are interactive and very helpful with helping find products especially if you are not sure what you want (inventory is intense, meaning a lot to look at and choose from). They are informative about the products and can explain what exactly you are buying and how the standard of quality is with honesty. I myself had an issue where there was a defective vape, Eric being the associate went out his way to go to management specifically Desiree and find me a solution I DID NOT ASK FOR to accommodate my inconvenience. That alone had me sold to keep coming back here for all my smoking needs especially because they have so many things to choose from and even new things I never heard or seen before. I brought a vape I bought from Satire to Smoke Token today because Satfire couldn't help me. I was having problems when changing my coil ..it said "No Atomizer" & just would not detect it. Safire told me to go home & charge it to 100%. lol so...instead I went to smoke token & even though I was honest about not purchasing it from them they were happy to help. Come to find out the coil that came with the vape (in the box) was the wrong size. Bank is the guy that helped me. He is the absolute coolest! I have always & forever been so happy with this place.
