Here's the situation...I purchased a vape battery from TN Vapor about a month ago for $27.83 after tax. The gentlemen who sold me the product highly recommended it and said "it's one of the best". I had only used it a handful of times, and then suddenly it stopped charging. After explaining this to the owner, he said it was probably the thickness of the cbd oil in the cartridge I was using. So, he tried a cartridge he had in the store... What do ya know- still not working. He then asked if I had my receipt. No, I said, but I had the card I paid on. He then asked me if I could show proof of purchase on a bank statement.... So I brought up my bank app and found the transaction. $27.83 to TN vape on June 26th. It had been exactly 6 weeks. At this point, I thought surely he'd exchange it for one that worked-- but he refused to exchange my product. Even though his sales team highly recommended it and even though it was clearly faulty! Instead, and here's the best part, what he was going to do for me was give me 15% if I purchased a new one. What the actual f*#% was he smoking? So, let me get this straight, you'll give me $4 off If I spend more money on a product that might break again in 6 weeks? Then what, I just come back every month and a half for my 15% off? As a small business owner myself, I just can't wrap my head around a company that does not stand by their products. He could have easily exchanged my battery for a new one and taken the faulty one back to the manufacturer he purchased it from. Thanks but no thanks. He tried telling me the coil was in wrong & his lovely/so helpful advice was to go home charge it to 100% & the NO ATOMIZER warning would hopefully go away. So, since you & I both know that was not going to work...I took it to Smoke Token and they were happy to help even thought I confessed I cheated on them and bought it somewhere else. I've always done business with Smoke token & if I ever had a problem they were always happy to help. The only reason I came to this Satfire place was because it's near my apartment. Come to find out the extra coil that was in the box when I purchased the vape was the wrong size!!!! Lol smh! ‍ I'm not sure what's up with this place or where they buy their vapes from but it's all junk & they have nobody working that knows anything at all. When you ask for help they always say they can't do anything without talking to the owner & well he's never available.
