Which is…read morewhatever. stuff happens & I get it that they can't replace every broken device BUT...the new vape I got SAME THING happened. So, went & bought another one and after 2 weeks...I changed the coil out with the extra that came in the box. When I changed it...it kept saying NO ATOMIZER. I brought it up to the shop hoping dude could help me. He tried telling me the coil was in wrong & his lovely/so helpful advice was to go home charge it to 100% & the NO ATOMIZER warning would hopefully go away. So, since you & I both know that was not going to work...I took it to Smoke Token and they were happy to help even thought I confessed I cheated on them and bought it somewhere else. I've always done business with Smoke token & if I ever had a problem they were always happy to help. The only reason I came to this Satfire place was because it's near my apartment. Come to find out the extra coil that was in the box when I purchased the vape was the wrong size!!!! Lol smh! ‍ I'm not sure what's up with this place or where they buy their vapes from but it's all junk & they have nobody working that knows anything at all. When you ask for help they always say they can't do anything without talking to the owner & well he's never available. So you are basically just screwed., I will ALWAYS & forever drive to Smoke Token from now on. You just can't go wrong with them. This place on the other hand will be out of business sooner than later for sure.Id put money on it!

I am in shock by the lack of customer service and confrontational demeanor that the owner of TN…read moreVapor showed me today. Here's the situation...I purchased a vape battery from TN Vapor about a month ago for $27.83 after tax. The gentlemen who sold me the product highly recommended it and said "it's one of the best". I had only used it a handful of times, and then suddenly it stopped charging. After explaining this to the owner, he said it was probably the thickness of the cbd oil in the cartridge I was using. So, he tried a cartridge he had in the store... What do ya know- still not working. He then asked if I had my receipt. No, I said, but I had the card I paid on. He then asked me if I could show proof of purchase on a bank statement.... So I brought up my bank app and found the transaction. $27.83 to TN vape on June 26th. It had been exactly 6 weeks. At this point, I thought surely he'd exchange it for one that worked-- but he refused to exchange my product. Even though his sales team highly recommended it and even though it was clearly faulty! Instead, and here's the best part, what he was going to do for me was give me 15% if I purchased a new one. What the actual f*#% was he smoking? So, let me get this straight, you'll give me $4 off If I spend more money on a product that might break again in 6 weeks? Then what, I just come back every month and a half for my 15% off? As a small business owner myself, I just can't wrap my head around a company that does not stand by their products. He could have easily exchanged my battery for a new one and taken the faulty one back to the manufacturer he purchased it from. Thanks but no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere- and you should too!

It seems every time I go there, they never have the atomizers for the vape. So I decided to check out other smoke shops to see if they carry atomizers for the brand. Turns out nobody else carries them. So in other words, they sold me a vape that would require me to only go to their vape shop for atomizers. I found a place called TN Vapor and Hemp that was willing to help me find a different brand of atomizer that would fit my tank and they found one, so I will be going to them from now on. But to add to this mess of a place, they also sold me off brand reject batteries I found out, which could have potentially blown up, as they are rejects! NEVER GO THIS PLACE!!!
