So, went & bought another one and after 2 weeks...I changed the coil out with the extra that came in the box. When I changed it...it kept saying NO ATOMIZER. I brought it up to the shop hoping dude could help me. He tried telling me the coil was in wrong & his lovely/so helpful advice was to go home charge it to 100% & the NO ATOMIZER warning would hopefully go away. So, since you & I both know that was not going to work...I took it to Smoke Token and they were happy to help even thought I confessed I cheated on them and bought it somewhere else. I've always done business with Smoke token & if I ever had a problem they were always happy to help. The only reason I came to this Satfire place was because it's near my apartment. Come to find out the extra coil that was in the box when I purchased the vape was the wrong size!!!! Lol smh! ‍ I'm not sure what's up with this place or where they buy their vapes from but it's all junk & they have nobody working that knows anything at all. When you ask for help they always say they can't do anything without talking to the owner & well he's never available. So you are basically just screwed., I will ALWAYS & forever drive to Smoke Token from now on. You just can't go wrong with them. It seems every time I go there, they never have the atomizers for the vape. So I decided to check out other smoke shops to see if they carry atomizers for the brand. Turns out nobody else carries them. So in other words, they sold me a vape that would require me to only go to their vape shop for atomizers. I found a place called TN Vapor and Hemp that was willing to help me find a different brand of atomizer that would fit my tank and they found one, so I will be going to them from now on. But to add to this mess of a place, they also sold me off brand reject batteries I found out, which could have potentially blown up, as they are rejects! NEVER GO THIS PLACE!!!
