I've been here twice on a recommendation from a friend. The first time (which was a couple months ago), my obective was to cut down on smoking. The guys at the store stressed on the importance of the juice when trying to wean off smoking and were very patient as my girlfriend and I tried a whole bunch of flavors while finally settling on a couple. Their juice is top-notch and they have a great selection. I will say though, that I found their juice to have a little less nicotine in the 6 mg compared to other brands, but this worked out well for me as I found it just right. I went there again last Friday, this time to try out more flavors and be more adventurous with my selections and got the same stellar service. I love their promotions and flash sales, and the fact that their juice is priced more reasonably compared to other brands. I highly recommend for any and all vapers! read more

My absolute favorite place to go too. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I've taken 3 of my brothers here and multiple friends and they've always left happy and continuously ask me to take them back or grab something something. If you're looking for an amazing juice you need to try BUKU by SPCTRM. I've used it for a whole year and I'm still so in love and haven't gotten tired of it. It's also cheaper there. You pay 24$ for 100ml rather than going online and paying 29$ for 100ml. read more

I bought a vape pen from this shop and it only lasted 2 months. When I first bought it, the tip shattered because the juice they sold me was too acidic. When I tried to return it to get a vape pen with a glass tip, they wouldn't let me so I had to buy a separate glass tip. Now, my vape pen won't charge. I brought it into the shop and they won't let me return it even though it's a manufacturer defect. So only two months worth of vaping has cost me about $160. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Every encounter I've had with employees have been negative. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The last time I was in there, the employee kept forgetting why I was there so I had to explain to him three times. read more

Unfortunately never returning to this shop even though it's the closest one to me. Everytime I have ever bought anything from here there has been an issue. Two seperate times I've asked for a certain flavor and they've filled it or given me the wrong one. I've also bought a pack of coils that would taste completely burnt from the first use. They blamed it on me not priming them correctly. So I allowed him to take a new one out of the pack and he primed it. It was exactly the same. When he tasted it he agreed but said he didn't know want to do cause he didn't want to get in trouble because I already used two. No, I tried the first burnt one and he used the second. He gave me another pack but no money back. And when I got home this pack was exactly the same. I'll find somewhere else to go. If you feel that you have "quality" products, stand by them in the positive and negative light. read more

I'm giving this vape store three stars based solely on a few juices. If I was rating this store on customer service alone it would be one. I'm a self professed vape snob and I love good juice. Some of the Badger line is really good. However I felt very ill at ease in the store. I wasn't asked many (if any) questions on what I vaped. I didn't feel comfortable in the store at all. If I happen to go back in it would be for a quick bottle of juice. I didn't bother to check prices on tanks or batteries because the one type of coil I asked for was overpriced by industry standard. read more

Horrible customer service, prices are higher than other shops in the area, and a non-existent return policy that makes it pretty clear they don't want to establish long term customers. This is one of those vape shops where the workers are more concerned about blowing clouds and chatting with their buds than running the store. There are much better shops in the area than vapor cafe. read more

Brought my brother into the store, just before closing. First time there. Store was clean. The employee was welcoming. Knowing it was close to closing time, we apologized for sliding in before the doors locked. He was incredibly kind and did not rush my brother in determining what new juice he would like to purchase. Very disappointing as far as customer service goes. The products are marginal but the juice is great. If you have a problem with a purchase, then there is no flexibility in the policies. I personally have spent nearly 1000 dollars there on various batteries, tanks, juices, and coils. I was all but accused of stealing a bottle of juice though I had spent hundreds with them before this particular incident. I still remained a customer but the straw that broke my back is when my last battery developed problems after their 30 day defective policy had passed so I called with questions and they notified me that this was "more than likely" user error or dropped which isn't true. I love to support local business but if I go back it will be for juice only. If I am going to be treated like a stranger every time I go in then I might as well buy from a stranger for cheaper. Advice is to stand behind your product or you will lose good customers such as myself. Best of luck to you at the Vapor Café. read more
