I'm not an expert at vapor nor am I a novice however I've never had a bad experience here. I'm not sure about the other reviewers but I'm a huge fan of Saffire and their liquids. I'm an ex smoker with a 3-4 pack a day habit and I quit smoking only to be miserable and missing the burn at the back of my throat. I was told to try these guys out by a friend and luck would have it that I'm a loyal customer for as long as they're in business. They got my so desired burn back along with less stomach irritation and air in my lungs. I've tried other vapor stores only to find out in agony that their liquids use far to many chemicals that disagree with my body. If you're new to vaping or consider yourself an experienced sort then I would advise you to start here. Some staff members there are extremely knowledgable while others (maybe like yourself) are learning on the job. Just remember that I can name all four ingredients in my batch of Saffire Tobacco Blend, can you do the same in your brand? I can say definitively that this has improved my health and quenched my desire for a cigarette, stop by so that you may have the same experience. On a side note, making a big plume of vapor may "seem" cool but the people that do this or have done this are the reason they are banned from restaurants now. Unbelievably overpriced (upwards of 50% on some stuff)! Furthermore, they mainly just sell house juice (i.e. stock on RDAs is maybe one or two; RTAs are junk with the exception of maybe one) and their juice is run-of-the-mill stuff that is also overpriced. If you are looking for other brands of juice, don't go here because they only have Saffire. I've been vaping for a while and there is WAY better stuff out there. Don't waste your time or money here. You'd expect a store with so much square footage to have a lot of selections, but instead they waste all their store space on a "lounge." (Who goes into a vape store to hang out in a lounge?!) The selection is pretty slim. There are not many options for people who want to make a solid investment in a good vape. This place seems to be geared towards low-budget pen-style vapes. The people that work here also don't seem to vape, it seems like they learned everything from sales training material. The juices are disgusting. They are all "house brand" and they don't carry any other brands. It would be like if you went to a bar, and the only offerings were different flavors of their backyard moonshine. Despite the fact that all of their testers ruin the flavor with cheap tanks that don't have sub-ohm coils (huge red flag), I tested a few flavors. Some were absolutely abhorrent (Irish Cream), but I decided to give the least offensive flavor (Silly Rabbit) a shot in my sub-ohm vape. The smoke and flavor are both really thin. Completely unacceptable given all of the superior competition in this market. Additionally, they want to get all of your personal information just for buying some coils or a bottle of juice. You don't need my phone number or mailing address for a $10 transaction. Saffire Vapor seems far more concerned with their "business model" (aka profit) than offering a good shopping experience. I guess that means they'll be out of business sooner or later though. In the meantime, shop somewhere else. read more

I have spent literally thousands of dollars in this store. Mostly because I kept coming back. I didn't know much about ecigs at the time. This place is over priced big time trust me other stores in the area sell the same stuff but it's cheaper price by far. Also if you buy something here they do not stand behind there products and they know very little about what they sell truly. And I've had problems with the mods I have bought and they will not exchange or return the items even with in days of purchase. Basically, they're a prime example of a franchise/chain, with the exception they don't set the same standards across the board. The location I visited in Cool Springs did all BUT impress me. Despite an open sign, during open hours, i was told they closed early. I only needed one small, inexpensive item. I offered cash and to allow them to keep the change- "no. Can't do that." It's like they don't really WANT your business. Money better spent places that go out of their way for the customer. read more

I would NOT do any business here. The manager did NOT stand behind the products they sale in the store. I had a defective 50W eleaf that had a defective power/firing button and this is known issue...it's literally ALL OVER google. They said since it was 3 mos old they would not do anything. I mentioned my repeat business and asked to speak with a manager and let him know that I would appreicate even a partial credit toward something different, and he put me on hold just to take me off and parrot the same line. There are a million options when it comes to vape stores. Save yourself the aggravation and take this little gem off the list. They know nothing about the lifetime value of a customer. read more

Though not as big of a selection of actual vaporizers as I would have assumed, I told the salesman what I wanted and needed, and he recommended just that. Saffire Vapor is a substandard vape shop. Not only is the aesthetic of the store sterile and cold, but the staff is less than knowledgeable about anything more than basic vape information, the juice selection is minimalistic, as there are under 25 juices to try, and the choices of vapes, mods, and pins sold is disappointingly small. The juices they do have, while good in the tester, become tiresome, boring, and dissatisfying. There are no box mods whatsoever, nor are there Mechanical mods for sale. The assistant manager who helped me suggested that I buy a tank, not an RTA, for my Vapor Shark DNA 200, a temperature controlled, 200 watt, top of the line box mod. As a courtesy, I bought the tank, thinking that he had experience with it and knew the tank's capabilities. Of all my experience in vaping, I have never had such horrible advice. The tank blew tiny whisps of smoke, but nothing close, at all, to the cloud production promised by the staff. In addition to the tank, I bought a bottle of juice. The flavor was severely lacking and the bite of the nicotine burried any remnants of satisfactory flavor. The flavor of the juice barely broke through the uneven airflow of the tank, and I came home dissatisfied and disgruntled. I expect the vape shop that I shop at to be more knowledgeable of their merchandise. Overall, my verdict stands. Saffire Vapor's customer service is substandard, their merchandise is of the lowest grade, the juice selection is minimal, at best, and their vape and mod selection is, for lack of a better term, downright horrible. I will return my tank to Saffire within the week and plan to never go back. I advise all potential customers in the Franklin / Cool Springs area to strongly consider another vape shop. I have had great experiences at Battleground Vapors in Franklin and Southeast Vapors in Spring Hill. Thank you for your time. read more

When I started Vaping I started with saffire. However every experience I've ever had since first walking through the door has gotten worse and worse. The staff aren't interested in helping anyone unless they are going to spend $$$$. They are way to expensive for their flavors that don't have any taste. I have found better community and information out of every other shop in the area. You won't see me shopping there again. read more

Don't give this joke vape shop even the satisfaction of you walking in... they have 3 mods to choose from (all junk) and they only had their local in-store flavors. They CLEARLY knew we had never had any of them before and they never once offered us a taste sample. We bought one of their juices because the salesman said how smooth it was. We got that and one coil and it was 33$!! You can get premium juices online for 9.99$ if you don't wanna wait for shipping. We get the flavor and try to vape it and it is the worst thing I have ever tasted. Literally made us cough and our throats feel like we just swallowed a box of thumbtacks. When we go to return it or simply get a new flavor. They stopped being so friendly and said they have a no return policy, and that we should have tested it first. So I see how they do business.. terrible business, I live 2 minutes from this shop, I'll be driving the extra 15 minutes to smoke token's Vape n CBD store... where you will actually get food customer service, and you will receive help when you are absolutely dissatisfied with a product read more
