They were above my price range, but a rep quickly came by to offer help. He showed me to the opposite wall where the cheaper pipes were. They were all super nice nonetheless. I asked if he could remove a couple from the case so I can see and compare better, no hesitations. I missed his name but he was awesome, very helpful. I was rather quick about everything since my wife was waiting in the car. I plan to come back and take a good look around. The place is very spacious with plenty of merchandise to check out.

I've been going to this store for about a year and I just had my first technical problem with a product. I felt really bad because I was traveling for about a week and I had no way to get back into the store to tell them that something was wrong and they ended up making an exception for me because it had never happened before. They completely fixed the problem that I was having and saved me from spending more money from a manufacturer issue. They are always fun, always friendly, and their store has everything you could ever want.

Now I completely know that the vape will fire with the novo 2 pods HOWEVER it will prematurely burn the pod as well as causing more missfires and leakage... I explained that to him and he disrespectfully told me that I was incorrect and did not know what I was talking about even though I have used a Novo 3 2 and 1 over the last SEVERAL years. The main issue here is customer service, I have never been in a vape shop that was not welcoming and trying to get you to buy their product... I mean I still needed novo 2 pods and I woulda bought them but not from this place!
