First, I am not a fake person, I am not an employee, relation or being paid/compensated for this review. I have shopped at the Fairview vape store, Saffire in Dickson, Dungeon Vapors in White Bluff and purchased online at myfreedomsmokes & ejuice.deals.com. I've walked into a few other shops. This is by far the best that I've shopped in. Are they expensive, yes, the ejuice is on the higher end, however, it is GREAT quality. No taste? Other reviews have stated - no. They are delicious. Haskell was our advisor this day, Sunday, April 21, 2019. I asked a multitude of questions because I am sick of going elsewhere only to be disillusioned and felt to be taken advantage of. The batteries, chargers, barrels are excellently priced. As is the CBD. I've never used CBD because everyone else charges $100, while saying "this product is hit or miss, but if you want it, here you go..." gosh, that's a great sales pitch! No, thank you. This place was $59 for the same size. I was impressed with his knowledge, the explanation of coils - the coils are my biggest difficulty - I quit smoking 11 years ago and do not want the taste of cigarettes, but delicious low % to zero nicotine. The customer value system is $1, you see MSRP then Avail customer pricing. You can taste every flavor with a disposable mouth piece. The customer loyalty program is $1 for a lifetime - yeah, what a rip off - I'm being sarcastic, sorry %-/ I have searched, researched, asked around, quizzed my son's friends, you name it, I did my due diligence - this is a very high quality place. I am ecstatic that my husband and I found them. One quick note: we were carded 3 times, when we walked in, when we were tasting the ejuice and when we made our purchase. 2 other customers came in while we were there, both were frustrated to be carded. Keep in mind, this is a heavily disliked habit, vaping is taking money from big tobacco companies, they're still reasonable on taxation (probably not for long). Vaping is being demonized as being more dangerous to your health than smoking - it is not. I recently had 3 CT scans for a calcified stone in my salivary gland caused from medication that causes dry mouth. My lungs are clear - "unremarkable and clear" were their exact words - I've been vaping for 8 months. This joyful habit is not more dangerous, someone with power has an axe to grind. These companies MUST card you. It's not personal, they'd like to keep their license and stay in business. Vape away - be polite and respectful - but enjoy! read more

I'd give this place zero stars if I had an option to do so. This review is a forewarning for all future and current customers & also a message directly for the owner. I'm not a person who usually writes reviews but this one was much needed. Just a little backstory. I've been coming here for 6 months or so since recently moving to town. I myself have probably spent $500 give or take in the place since I've lived here. I was a majorly loyal customer here. So is my fiancé and a handful of my friends. WORD OF MOUTH PEOPLE. This is a business. Previous to today's experience I would say I have had no issues. They have a good selection of juices & options for different vapes so I liked the convenience. What happened was I purchased a LOST VAPE QUEST on august 12th so about 3 weeks ago. I'm a member in their system and also I used a credit card to track the transaction. The vape just stopped working. It would show the light when charging but wouldn't fire. Now this is the 3rd time this has happened and the first time I've ever brought one in but enough is enough. I walked in to see if they could help me out, the guy that works there was super friendly and tried to help me out but a girl I've never seen there (I believe her name was Eli) walks out. Immediately she asks if I have a receipt. I happily said no but I'm a member of your rewards and I also have the transaction I can show you on my credit card statement. She then says "nope you need a receipt, just like any other retailer". Umm what? Do you live under a freaking rock Eli? When was the last time you walked into a target and they couldn't pull up your transaction from your CC or even in your rewards system. I then proceeded. It wasn't necessarily what she said but more how she said it. Her tone read "your business isn't that important". I then told her that I thought that was ridiculous. I asked if she was serious. She said yes. I proceeded to say, okay. And told them that I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I proceeded out of the door. Crossed the street and spent 100 bucks in another shop for a new setup. You see it's not a money issue but the principal of it. I can assure you that I'll never spend another dime in this store. Just to put the cherry on top the person at the store across the street informed me that I could reach out to the manufacturer and they would send me over a new one. Thank you! DO NOT waste your time or money. I have visited this particular store more than once and have received the same poor customer service all 3 times. The Manager of the store is the BIGGEST problem I have had and witnessed by others. RYAN ( store manager ) you need some serious lessons on how to be a store manager. Be respectful when people ask questions about the products you sell. A condescending attitude will get you nowhere in the retail business. 2nd you REALLY need a hard lesson on earning the customers return business. This has become a lesson that has been lost in younger generations in my opinion and it's something as retail owners we need to get back. 3rd when a person comes into your store I would think you would greet them in a kinder manner then they respond back ie( me: hello how are you today? RYAN: smhh. Ok I guess) REALLy??? Go back to school son and get a real degree or some other job. If any of my employees acted like you have EVERY TIME I've visited your store the would be fired or I would probably go out of business. But I'm smarter then that. I know my employees represent me and so that's why I only employ friendly competent people. PS- Bellevue is smaller then you think and word spreads very fast . I went there looking to invest in a Vape that was one of the new types. A tall guy with a beard was very cool in that he took the time to explain to me the different models the pros and the cons of each model and made me feel great about my purchase. Since then, I've had a couple of issues with a charging of the unit. Where a fellow associate put me aside to help another customer that came in instead of addressing my issue the same cool guy with the beard stepped-up listen to what I had to say offer to remedy my situation and yet again make me feel great about my investment. He knows what customer service is about he should teach the other young fella that was there that day with the white shirt. The next time I go there I have to find out what this guy's name is so I can amend this good report for that shop in for that particular clerk that always helps me. read more
