I had such a great experience here on 1/4/25. Wish I had gotten the guy's name but he was super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He let me take my time looking at their glass selection and was kind enough to offer personal insight on recommended vapes. I wouldn't normally leave such a high gratuity in a smoke shop because typically the customer service in these places is lacking to say the least. Horrible service/bad vibes. Guy behind the counter with a beard is always rude and try's to rush you out of the store/won't answer questions about products. I've been going to this location for over a year and most of the staff is friendly, but every time I come in and he's there he's got an attitude and won't go into detail about products, deals, etc with me. I find this type of behavior to be inexcusable, I've given this shop thousands of dollars and I would expect yall to treat your customers like a high end smoke shop should. But yall are mid I don't know if it's because I interrupted the $uicideboy$ bump sesh and yall are just in your feelings about it or something but you guys just lost yourself a consistent customer. Keep treating people like this and see how quickly you go out of business. There's 5-10 smoke shops in your general vicinity that are a lot better like Kron and Vape O Smoke and word gets around quick in this town. The dudes that work here are the worst. They are slow. They are inattentive. They are apathetic. Don't ask questions about anything here or you'll be treated like you're an idiot. These guys act like they're the first and only folks to ever work at a strip mall headshop. I don't understand these poor ratings because I've lived here for 2 years now and have been coming here and have been treated amazing every single time. I have went in on numerous occasions asking about things and the guy with the black beard and glasses (sorry I forgot your name) will educate me thoroughly on whatever product I'm asking about. Not only that but I constantly get great deals from using my phone number at the reward kiosk. I went in tonight and voiced how awesome the service always is -- because I went in asking about different types of delta/ cbd. Been in here 3x thinking it would get better and never does. Spent $85 on a torch that leaked and exploded in my hand. Went back for a return and the dude working just points at the wall saying they don't take returns for any reason whatsoever. Their bongs are 300% overpriced, the attentiveness of the staff is absurd and unknowledgeable about almost any questions you ask. Best to buy it online or find a place that respects their customers. The other couple of times I've been there the other workers have been really nice and helpful. I have not had the same experience as others. I haven't bought a vape here, but I came here for "tobacco products". I was very high on tobacco. The girl inside was extremely helpful and even gave me something I decided not to buy for free for the 4th of July (it was like a couple dollars)! Point is, I had a good experience. Went to buy my husband a bong today. Excuse me, a WATER PIPE, as the employee was quick to correct. My husband asked if the WATER PIPES were able to have dab rigs added to them. Dab rigs you ask? Don't you mean a BANGER, the employee asks smugly? Yes, a BANGER. to which the employee replies, Yes all of them. LITERALLY all of them. After perusing the selection, my husband asked to look at one of the WATER PIPES more closely, and asked to confirm if a dab rig would be compatible, and the exasperated employee replied again Yes, you can add a BANGER to it, but we're out of stock anyway. So we went to another store where the employee was super friendly, very patient with us, answered all our questions without treating us like crap or making us feel stupid, and eventually sold us about $230 worth of equipment and supplies. We'll never go back to Marley's and stick with the other place. Customer service is everything. And if you don't have any interpersonal skills whatsoever, you shouldn't be working a job that involves customer service. read more

Was for SURE sold a fake Puff Plus here. I shouldn't have thrown away the box in the store so that I could've checked the authenticity code on Puff Bar's website. The logo on the body was crooked and the light at the bottom that is normally supposed to light up on the front under the logo when you inhale, was on the BACK. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that it was only a manufacturing issue, so I continued to use it. Genuine Puff Plus's normally last me 3-4 days, while this fake device lasted less than 24 hours. That was the confirmation I needed to see that it was fake. The flavor was also harsh. She wouldn't put her meal down and was speaking to me with a mouth full of food. After getting frustrated with her horrible service and nasty habits I had to leave and visit smoke token where the service and prices were 100 times better. I just left Marleys Gallery...I will not be back. I bought my first vape today at about 11am; Ashley was really helpful and nice. I also got a small bottle of cut wood 6mg nicotine (I'm trying to kick the habit). Somewhere around 3p, I went back because 6mg wasn't enough and Ashley sold me another bottle of 12 nicotine. After puffing on it most of the day with no issues, I took a pull and something odd happened with the device. It wouldn't turn off and started smoking from the button; seemed like some type of short or something. I tried to turn it back on and couldn't get it to work. Thinking maybe the odd behavior was battery related, I tried charging for a while, but to no avail, I couldn't get it to work. So I went back to Marleys, to see if they could help. Ashley was still there and it must have been a long day for her because after she couldn't get it to work either, and me just wanting an exchange for the same device, she got extremely rude and unprofessional. I was not rude or unreasonable with Ashley, but she kinda lost it. She kept saying we have signs posted (all sales final etc.) and had a horrible attitude. She accused me of "accidentally breaking" ...I didn't misuse the product...there's something defective with it. I understand the signs, but I don't understand how a business will be able to stay in business when you don't stand behind the products you sell, especially on the same day you sell it. I'd like to say I wish them all the best, but to be honest, I don't; and I will be extremely surprised to see them in business for very much longer. read more
