I've been in Mellow Vape several times and was always happy with the customer service until...... There is a female that works there who is pretty obnoxious. She seems to think she knows more about what you need then you might. I moved here from a state where cannabis is legal and have done LOTS of research and know EXACTLY what I need. Today I received a message from a friend that went to this shop and apparently she knows more than they do! IF, big IF, I go back to this shop and see her behind the counter I'll simply turn around and leave. My friend says she's going back to the shop she used to visit. They're losing business because of this person. I've given 4 stars for the shop but if it were just her, I wouldn't give any if that were possible. read more

Has some decent juice flavors to choose from. Mostly in house stuff. Employees often seem like they don't want to be bothered with helping you. I bought a tank there that leaked right out of the box, took it back 2 days later and was told all sales final, no returns. I spent $45 on it and it leaked on the very first fill up. Was given the run around after that. Will never buy hardware there again, only juice, and that's only because they open early enough to be able to visit on the way headed to work. I wandered into Mellow Vape a couple of weekends ago with my boyfriend. He wants to quit smoking (thank God!) and had heard great things from a co-worker about this place. We were immediately greeted by the employee (really cool, nice guy-wish I had gotten his name) and the shop seemed totally chill. There's comfy seating and the place was clean and well laid out. The employee spent a good 15-20 min or so helping my bf try different eliquids to find what was right for him. He explained the different kinds of ecigs and vaporizers (wait, are they the same thing??) and showed him exactly how to use them. They have sooo many flavors of liquids. Everything from peanut butter to apple martini to Mt. Dew. Some of them sounded so yummy it almost made me want to purchase something. They also sell accessories like cases and such for for all your little smoking devices. Pretty cool little shop. read more

This store and their people is fantastic. Got a problem with your machine? They break it down and clean it up and tell you what you need. I mean what retail store does that anymore. They are all very informative tell them what your looking for how much you can spend and they get you the most bang for your buck. I love this place. Run of the mill vape shop. Not a good selection of 0mg juices and nothing premium. Just some "standard" juices. Very small selection of batteries displayed. I dont recall seeing any "mechanical mods" while I was there either although there may have been one or two I missed. I only saw one igo-type dripper as well. Another customer was talking about a few well known juices but the people in the shop had not heard of it. It's a good place to get a quick fix for some juice or a battery but I'm gonna stick with my guy in Hendersonville. read more

Rude people that are only after a sale. Terrible juice that tastes watered down. All mods and rdas are extremely overpriced. On my first visit they sold me a mod that didn't work and would not give me a refund. They would only let me trade towards another item. Mellow is the shop where my girlfriend and I first bought our vaping equipment. The Joyetech eGo AIO was recommended to us by the staff, so we bought two of those and a bottle of juice. Sadly, about a day after we bought the machines they began to spit hot juice every time we vaped. It only got worse over the next few days, we tried changing out the atomizers, and we even tried going back to the store at one point to fix them. The girl tried them with a different size of atomizer, I went home after, and soon they were back to spitting. Finally we decided the machines must be faulty and we brought them back. We worked with the owner directly when we came in. He was super nice and understanding, he tried out both machines an confirmed that this wasn't something they were supposed to be doing. We ended up exchanging both of the machines and my girl got herself a dovpo with a kanger tank. (I ended up purchasing another machine for myself someplace else.) She's extremely happy with her new machine, and we were both impressed by the owners incredible customer service. The shop itself is clean with trendy decor and tons of seating for people that might like to hang out and try different flavors. So why four stars instead of five? Well, other then our first initial bottle of juice we found that compared to other shops they didn't really have any flavors we cared for, plus their juice leans towards being on the expensive side. In fact, all of their supplies leans towards the expensive side, some of their drip tips costing well over $20 when you can buy similar for less then $10 from other vape shops in the area. Also, when it came to trying juices, the employees, while they were never outright rude, often seemed unwilling to help us out even when we were the only people in the store. Over all it is a wonderful shop that is a cut above a lot of places, but there are things to be improved upon. read more

Staff was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I bought a 30ml house made CBD vape juice in white peach. It tastes fantastic and had 150mg, which is more than most! It was also only $45 too, which is a great price! I lost my CBD juice I use medicinally, and was calling around to see if anyone sold it, because it can be so hard to get.
