But if you're new to vaping this place would also a good place to start. They have a very large selection of liquids it's almost overwhelming, but they are very helpful. They have zero nicotine testers which is the first time I have seen that, I love it. They make liquids onsite which is always nice. When we visited this shop 2 out of the 3 employees were girls. It's a nice change to see other ladies in a vape shop. They are sometimes full of guys and women can feel slightly out place, but not here it definitely had a women's touch. The male employee was also very helpful and knowledgable. We always bring our one year old to vape shops they had not problem with her walking around and exploring. Everything was out of reach like it should be. One of the girls even came out from behind the counter and played with her while we sampled fluids and checked out products. This is a great vape shop it stands out among the others we have visited in the area.

Unfortunately, that's not saying much, since no other store in the area caters to the advanced-vaper crowd. But if you need something now and can't wait for shipping from an online retailer, this is the place to go. The overall prices for products are comparable to other stores. Vape products have a very high markup in general, but this store's prices are reasonable. The customer service is spotty at best, but not bad enough to really complain about. The store layout is more to blame than the staff, because all of the products are in glass cases directly in front of the entrance. So when you walk in, you immediately have 3-4 employees staring at you, which can make a customer feel pressured to engage with staff, rather than look around in peace. In summary: if you are a novice or are just getting into vaping, there are better options in town. But if you are an advanced-level sport vaper, this store is the best choice.

I've been going to this store for about a year and I just had my first technical problem with a product. I felt really bad because I was traveling for about a week and I had no way to get back into the store to tell them that something was wrong and they ended up making an exception for me because it had never happened before. They completely fixed the problem that I was having and saved me from spending more money from a manufacturer issue. They are always fun, always friendly, and their store has everything you could ever want.

We drove all the way from Nashville and when we got there it was a weird vibe. The kid behind the counter was trying to be helpful but it was hard to talk because he had a friend or regular customer who wouldn't stop talking about his order of something getting shipped. It was 78 outside and even hotter in the building when we got there. It was super hard to find (Luckily I have good eyes) and it is above a flower shop. The weird thing was, the units my husband was looking at didn't come in a box. Batteries were an additional cost, tips/chambers and chargers too. It just wasn't a good feeling. It seemed as if things were either refurbed or black market almost. Directions for the one my husband wanted were copied onto regular copy paper and not from the manufacture. Needless to say we left without making a purchase.
