I will say the price to spend for free delivery has gone up significantly and is on the website as $100 and $150 in two separate places. It is actually now $150 to get free delivery, which comes through Postmates. That is my only complaint though. I think their prices are reasonable and they have a great selection!

What made the visit especially enjoyable was meeting the owner, He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. We had a great conversation, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his customers and the cigar community. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and have visited plenty of cigar lounges, and for me the people and atmosphere are every bit as important as what's in the humidor. Blue Flame delivered on all three. Great cigars, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

They are inappropriately dressed and I find it unprofessional. I personally don't want to go here because of that. I think it's disrespectful and bad for business. (Native Notion & Kindly Green) I personally like to spend my money on more respectable people/families.

This Total Wine sits at the back of the large center that is Brentwood Place on Franklin Road…read more I have always been a fan of Total Wine, as they carry a lot of the specialty stuff that you just can't find at the more local shops. In some cases the prices are better, but not always. When I swing by, it is normally for a specialty item and this last trip was just that. And while I was on a mission, it always turns into "well, I am already here..." type of trip, so I walk out with a few classic items as well. The store is well laid out, clean and always well stocked. In addition to the booze, they offer classes, have classrooms, a beer cooler, humidor and a few other things to offer. Service is where they lost a star for me. I will say that the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but the service I receive on the floor is never great. They always tend to have an attitude, like I am bothering them. This latest trip was no different. I asked two associates while wandering around the store and neither were very pleasant interactions. Very weird for the brand, but at least at this location, it is fairly common from my experience. It is never enough to be labeled as "bad" or "awful", but it is quite off-putting. Overall, this Total Wine location comes in clutch when needed, and it will remain a go-to for the goods, specialty or not.
