This is by far the best that I've shopped in. Are they expensive, yes, the ejuice is on the higher end, however, it is GREAT quality. No taste? Other reviews have stated - no. They are delicious. Haskell was our advisor this day, Sunday, April 21, 2019. I asked a multitude of questions because I am sick of going elsewhere only to be disillusioned and felt to be taken advantage of. The batteries, chargers, barrels are excellently priced. As is the CBD. I've never used CBD because everyone else charges $100, while saying "this product is hit or miss, but if you want it, here you go..." gosh, that's a great sales pitch! No, thank you. This place was $59 for the same size. I was impressed with his knowledge, the explanation of coils - the coils are my biggest difficulty - I quit smoking 11 years ago and do not want the taste of cigarettes, but delicious low % to zero nicotine. The customer value system is $1, you see MSRP then Avail customer pricing. You can taste every flavor with a disposable mouth piece. The customer loyalty program is $1 for a lifetime - yeah, what a rip off - I'm being sarcastic, sorry %-/ I have searched, researched, asked around, quizzed my son's friends, you name it, I did my due diligence - this is a very high quality place. I am ecstatic that my husband and I found them. One quick note: we were carded 3 times, when we walked in, when we were tasting the ejuice and when we made our purchase. 2 other customers came in while we were there, both were frustrated to be carded. Keep in mind, this is a heavily disliked habit, vaping is taking money from big tobacco companies, they're still reasonable on taxation (probably not for long). Vaping is being demonized as being more dangerous to your health than smoking - it is not. I recently had 3 CT scans for a calcified stone in my salivary gland caused from medication that causes dry mouth. My lungs are clear - "unremarkable and clear" were their exact words - I've been vaping for 8 months. This joyful habit is not more dangerous, someone with power has an axe to grind. These companies MUST card you. It's not personal, they'd like to keep their license and stay in business. Vape away - be polite and respectful - but enjoy!

But if you're new to vaping this place would also a good place to start. They have a very large selection of liquids it's almost overwhelming, but they are very helpful. They have zero nicotine testers which is the first time I have seen that, I love it. They make liquids onsite which is always nice. When we visited this shop 2 out of the 3 employees were girls. It's a nice change to see other ladies in a vape shop. They are sometimes full of guys and women can feel slightly out place, but not here it definitely had a women's touch. The male employee was also very helpful and knowledgable. We always bring our one year old to vape shops they had not problem with her walking around and exploring. Everything was out of reach like it should be. One of the girls even came out from behind the counter and played with her while we sampled fluids and checked out products. True tobacco flavor juice is limited however there are MANY flavor choices. I found something similar enough to a cigar that it would be acceptable to me. After 3 weeks of not smoking cigars or a pipe, I branched out and tried a few of the other flavors. I was able to smoke some of the juices on the sweet side. I found a couple that I liked and am still branching out. The staff (all of them) have been very friendly and willing to help with my ignorance all while being extremely patient. In order to taste different flavors you "join" a tasting club that is a one time $5 fee. Vaping juice comes in differing amounts of nicotine. I have found with the highest quality juices the flavor is the same even with the 0 nicotine flavors. If you are wanting to try vaping, I would be sure to try this place. The store is clean and they have many offerings of vaping devices and e-juices. They have many locations around town and offer top of the line products. I did quite a bit of online research before even going into a vape shop and decided on Saffire Vapor. I have been to a couple of other shops after purchasing my device from Saffire. No other store was as clean and while friendly the employees of the other stores did not have the professionalism as the Saffire employees. Didn't have pre built coils. Had only a few mods and one make and model of Rdta. It's very hard to "shop" here, because they simply don't have inventory. For some reason people think it's great to open a vape shop, because it's what they want to do, however felt like I was getting ripped off the whole time because I was being walked towards one product with a higher price point because it's all they have. Then I helped sell a gentleman a battery charger, who was on the line about buying another mod in addition to his first one because he was charging via micro USB which usually damages it over time and makes a battery charger un avoidable. But when I heard the price near a 45% percent markup I balked. They only had Un named cheap Japanese cotton with only 5 sheets was 5 dollars when you can buy a much larger supply elsewhere for that price. They and their customers would be much better off if their business would hurry up and die. They can't afford the cost of competing, because they can't afford expenses and so their cost of doing business is passed on to their consumers at rates that don't make sense to a savvy consumer. I could think of so many other better places to go. Obviously because they don't have a lot of money sunk into inventory, they really aren't doing that great, and because of that, it hard to call it a vape shop, more like a pop up.

The kid behind the counter was trying to be helpful but it was hard to talk because he had a friend or regular customer who wouldn't stop talking about his order of something getting shipped. It was 78 outside and even hotter in the building when we got there. It was super hard to find (Luckily I have good eyes) and it is above a flower shop. The weird thing was, the units my husband was looking at didn't come in a box. Batteries were an additional cost, tips/chambers and chargers too. It just wasn't a good feeling. It seemed as if things were either refurbed or black market almost. Directions for the one my husband wanted were copied onto regular copy paper and not from the manufacture. Needless to say we left without making a purchase.
