This UPS Store is situated in small plaza alongside a Quiznos, a Thai spot and a couple local businesses. The location is your standard UPS pickup and drop-off location. Most of my visits are for Amazon returns, which never take more than a moment or two to process. Service is hit or miss, never bad, but not always the most pleasant. They are helpful and for the most part friendly. Parking can be a bit tough as the spaces in front of the store front are limited, and the entry to the main road it mere feet from the front door, making for a tough time when people are whipping in and out. Overall, a go-to UPS store for me. read more

The lady Barbara is a very nasty employee . Older Caucasian lady with a bob hair cut . She talks to people as if they're children and in this case I believe it's African Americans . She has no customer service skills nor etiquette whatsoever . I was returning a package 3 to be exact and was trying to assist her with moving the items on the counter so that I can place my other items on the counter. She blurts out stop messing me up just leave them alone . Take in mind we waited in line for about ten minutes while she assisted a gentleman (Caucasian) who had no clue what he was doing however she was so nice and cordial. This was the second time Shes been rude like that because the first time I experienced Barbara's rudeness i was having a similar situation pulling up information on my phone and she told me to move to the side because I was holding the line up . She needs to be fired! This is the Goodlettsville, tn conference drive location. VERY NASY ATTITUSE AND SHE DOESNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER RUDENESS. As I was leaving out of the store , a customer standing in line mentioned that she eas rude to her un the past as well. She needs to be terminated or this will be a discrimination complaint and possible action against the store read more

Great customer service!! Mr John helped me tremendously I didn't know what I was doing and made it real simple for me, great guy!

service was ok, the lady (gray bob) at the counter was not accommodating at all seemed annoyed to help

This is a very busy drop off location for sure. The staff seemed very monotone though and bored at the job. It was a solely transactional experience with zero level of building relationships. Staff here are easy to read that they are bored and going through motions with no urgency. It was a place to drop off a prepaid UPS through read more

The staff at this store were all very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and efficient. This seems to be a busy place, but the staff were great about answering customers' questions and concerns quickly. I will definitely be back when needed. This was an overall pleasant experience. read more

Unlike most of the other reviewers of this store I use this location multiple times a week to drop off packages for my online business. They are always accommodating & nice even when they are covered up. I've seen so many instances of people being rude to them over their amazon returns & they just shrug it off so I'm not surprised that every once in awhile it may get under their skin. Most of the people I've witnessed trying to return amazon items have not read the return instructions & often lack the basic materials required to complete these simple drop offs. It's not difficult and people should not be surprised when they are met resistance over their stupidity. This is a family owned location, they are free to respond however they want to toward individuals who are rude to them & they do not exist simply to process Amazon's returns for free so there's that. read more

Service has improved! I have been a customer for over a year now. The operating owner/ managers have noticed and recognize the returning customers. They have been pleasant with several returned products and have provided amicable service. They have taken the time to explain my rental box renewal process (I have not decided to renew as of yet) and have not rushed me even when busy or closing. Yes, closing at 1830hrs can be a bit challenging. read more

Somehow I end up looking forward to my weekly UPS drop offs! Easy Peary and I'm grateful for that these days!

This has to be the best UPS Store. Every time, every time I visit this store, the staff is so nice and efficient. Really great customer service. Thank you! read more

The WORST store. I've been using UPS stores forever because I know they are franchised and I like to support local small business. If you need one paper printed they charge for up to 5 pages. They also don't carry free UPS boxes like other locations do. They try to charge for everything. read more

After several messages and e mails all my concerns and issues were properly addressed and the quality of service has greatly improved to the professional level of service expected and outlined in the original contract and the issue with the door code was properly resolved and now it works flawlessly. Thank you for your efforts to make everything right and high quality service. read more

Paid expensive fee for next day letter delivery (check). UPS lost package. Contacted store, did a trace on package. Was informed that if I didn't hear from them by 9pm to issue stop payment on check. No response from UPS, therefore stop payment was issued. 3 days after original scheduled delivery, package was delivered. Now I have to wait on another check to be issued, pay nearly $40 for another next day delivery. CALLS to this store have NOT BEEN RETURNED. UPS makes USPS look good. Should have used FedEX. read more

I ship UPS twice a week. They print and ship from Poshmark easily as I usually go to a different store. This one wanted to charge almost $3 to print the label. read more

Jaye and Miss Brenda are fantastic. i had a problem returning items to Amazon because their return bar code wasn't coming up in my email so I took pictures of the mailing labels and Amazon product numbers. Miss Brenda worked with me so diligently until she came to something that she wasn't sure of and asked Jaye to help me. Jaye knew what to do but it was time consuming. The Goodlettsville, Tennessee office on Conference Drive was very busy that day (as they are every day),but they were both very cordial and friendly with me even though they had so many customers. I worried about the other customers afraid they were going to be upset with me for taking up their time. But they were quick and efficient with my problems and were just as pleasant with other customers as I left. Miss Brenda has been working with other customers when I've gone in other times but Jaye has waited on me and has always been just as friendly, efficient and cordial as the first time. I'm so thankful they work in my hometown UPS Store. read more

Dear UPS, this might have been the worst experience I've ever had at any shipping store in my entire life. Specifically, the gentleman that was trying to check me out. His attitude was worse than anything I've ever came across in the customer service industry. Degrading me and my girlfriend on so many other reasons you cannot even believe. I really really wish I would've got his name but other yelp reviews, as you can see, have had the same encounters. I really wish I could give 0 stars for this one employee unhelpful rude disrespectful. I really wish I knew his name, he had dark hair and glasses and very bad finger nails. Nails at the point that it almost made me vomit. Every other UPS store I've been to has been so polite so nice and accommodating but this was terrible. read more

Do yourself a favor go to another UPS store. I went to return some Amazon packages and a woman helped me who would not give me her name. She was extremely rude and condescending. She yelled at me and treated me as though I were stupid. When I asked her name she would not give it to me and said it did not matter. I will go out of my way not to have to go to this UPS store again. read more

The worst UPS location! They gave me such hassles about non issues. I came to return an Amazon Prime package, postage paid and it was missing a piece of tape on the side and the guy was so RUDE about it saying I had to buy a roll of tape or come back another day. Seriously, I've never been to such an unhelpful UPS store. read more

I'm a longtime PMB customer at the 919 Conference Drive UPS Store location and I cannot say enough good things about the new ownership and management of this business. The previous owner's reputation was well-earned, and I experienced his rudeness myself. I've seen nothing but improvement since the new franchise owner stepped in. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a bad experience at this location to give it another chance. read more

I hate going in to ANY shopping store- it brings back waiting in long lines to then find out I should've used a different box or it wasn't labeled right or paying WAY to much. With that being said, I'm always pleasantly surprised and how easy and quick this place is. They're helpful, efficient and make it clear what the best option is if I'm unsure. Example: I just ordered a pair of shoes online and needed to return them. I only had the shoe box and the return label. They were quick to find the right size box and package it up for me. I was in and out in less that 5 minutes! I haven't had the negative experience of other customers- I'm always happy with my service! read more

If I could give this store is zero stars I would the employees are so rude so rude smart mouth smart comments when asking simple questions they belittle their customers the one asking simple questions as if they're dumb or stupid. Will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS UPS STORE. ZERO FUCKING STARS. They don't deserve one. read more

Super incompetent workers. Refused our package because it was "hazardous." It was not, and UPS Hazmat department confirmed this. The manager confirmed this later and "apologized" for their screw up. I asked William, the owner, to cover the cost for us to schedule a pick up, and he would not right their wrong but said we could drive back out there (spend more of our time and gas money) to drop it off, again. - yet, the whole reason I was in this predicament, was because of their screw up. He refused to make it right other than to say we could drive back out there to drop it off. He also gave incorrect information that the hub site would be open for us to drop it off there. Two people told us this incorrect information, and the hours posted on the door, state they are closed on weekends. Nobody has their information right, and they do the bare minimum and refuse to rectify the situation. Thankfully, we are getting a FedEx label now, and FedEx is picking it up for free. read more

I wish I could give this store zero stars but that isn't an option. I lugged my baby in to use this store as a drop off to return a toy I bought for her from Amazon that didn't work and they wanted to charge me almost $2.00 to tape the return label on the box. I didn't have my wallet or even cell phone with me that had my debit card in it so I had to take the box back home and reload my baby in the car to do so. They couldn't care less about my dilemma and just had a "sorry for you" attitude. From now on, I will make those cheap a**es come to my house and PICK UP my return instead of doing them any favors by dropping it off at their store. And I will only ship with FedEx, who doesn't nickel and dime their customers like UPS does. Hey UPS - news flash for you - TAPE IS A COST OF DOING BUSINESS WHEN YOU'RE IN THE SHIPPING BUSINESS! Talk about alienating customers! Geeze.... read more

My husband and I have been using this particular UPS store for a couple of years. I chose to review it now, because the store has new owners, and what a difference a new set of owners can make!! The previous owners did not care or were they efficient, not to mention rude, but unfortunately, we had no choice but to use them as our only local option. The new owners have made our lives a thousand times better when shipping items. They are extremely friendly and efficient, and go out of their way to help with our shipping needs. I've been so impressed, I had to leave a review, which I normally do not do. I just wanted to show my support for this local business and give two thumbs up for their fantastic service! read more

shippers beware! this is the worst ups store I've dealt with. tried to drop off 2 amazon packages and they messed it up so bad I could only drop off one. when I asked for a manger a young kid said he was the main manager and his name was AJ. I said that's not a name its just initials he rudely said google it and you can now leave my store. the woman who started the problem ran to the back and would not give her name. I only wanted first name. she hid in back. I never cussed or raised my voice. I only needed paper work and they said not to worry it would ship. there was no way I would trust them to ship with no paper work. I now use kohl's for my drop off since ups was no help on this matter. they should shut this store down. it has hurt the ups name! Bob read more

Supposedly this store is under new management but nothing has changed. This is the slowest and most understaffed store. Terrible customer service, and the owner is always yelling at the staff. I hate going in there. It's a shame.

This is probably the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. The manager is rude and the employees are incompetent. I went to drop off and they claimed my tracking number wouldn't scan. Then wanted to charge me $4 to reprint the tracking. The manager told me in exact quotes "That's not my problem" very rude man. If they tell you they can't scan the label and want to charge you $4 to reprint the label DO NOT DO IT. THIS IS A SCAM. They can put the label in manually by typing but they will refuse to make $4. I went to another UPS store and they entered it in manually no problem. read more

If I could give zero stars I would worst customer service I have ever ever experienced rude employees with no customer service skills management has no idea what they are doing either.. Praying I will never have to deal with them again... The lady actually told me she did not care that she wasn't helping me that she knew the customer service was awful and she "loved it" sucks bc when they have your stuff it's pretty much a hostage situation.... Edit* after having to deal with them again bc ups did not pick up my package from the store as promised there was a shining star that finally helped me to get my package I did not catch her name but she was the only person in this whole situation to actually try to help me and she did so bc of her I will give another star she was great and I truly appreciate her help read more
