I went into the Hendersonville store to print wedding shower invitations after having an issue at another store location. Abby, who was working in the print center, was fantastic! She was helpful, and went over and above to assist me in not only getting the invitations printed correctly, but also in making things right with my experience with the other Staples store. I went into this establishment expecting a brief and easy shopping trip, but I was horribly mistaken. I go up to this fellow with an accent (don't know his name but said he was some sort of manager) I ask him to show me where the wide ruled paper is and he doesn't even help he just tries to sell me a printer. I continually said no, because I have a printer. He also pestered me about some odd phone screen saver. After I said no about a few times, he altogether ceased "helping" me, walked away, and proceeded to ignore me. I was comepletely offended and disatisfied. I've never been treated so badly by an employee, let alone tormented by a manager. I'm extremely disappointed in what Staples has become in the past several months. The store itself has become dilapdated, and to be frank, trash. I will take my business to Office Depot thanks to this egregious excuse of a manager. read more

I literally just walked in to the printing center and stood there waiting patiently for like 10 minutes... no one came to assist me or even went to get someone who managed the printing services area. Like what?? If you are going to offer a service you should probably have somebody on hand managing that service. read more

I placed and order on line and was emailed that it would be delivered the next day. 3 days later I still do not have it. I changed from Office Depot to Staples and this is my first order from Staples. I might need to change back to Office Depot. read more
