I had a ton of viruses on my laptop and it took him a little while to try and clean them up but he got my computer back up and running to then find out the other issue I was having was due to a bad hard drive. When my hard drive crashed and he had to call and tell me that my thousands of photos were gone I thought I was going to be sick because they were not all backed up. Several days later he was able to recover all of my pictures. Did I mention it was thousands of pictures? LOL Now I am using a solid drive and will have several forms of backups for those old photos. He brought my laptop to my work so I did not have to come pick it up. Service with a smile!! It was a real pleasure doing business with him. When I called Rick (in a slight panic) he answered my call and said that he worked on custom built machines, which another shop would not work on. He arranged a pickup the next morning and was very flexible in meeting me halfway, since I'm out of his service area. He got to my PC that day and sent me an estimate. After I approved it, it only took 1 day for him to fix it, and the next morning he gave it back to me. There was a little bit of confusion about the return, since I was someplace other than the place I gave it to him, but he was very understanding about it. All in all a great experience. Great price too! I was afraid it would be cheaper to buy a new PC, but it was MUCH cheaper to get it repaired. The only thing that was a negative to me was that he had no storefront. Outstanding service! I was on a business trip in Nashville, and awoke to find my MacBook Pro with "black screen", un-able to boot up. After searching Youtube for some solutions (with no luck), I read several reviews in Nashville for laptop repair and made three phone calls. This company is very fair in pricing, Rick Patin also sat down with me and helped me organize my embroidery programs on my laptop, showed me shortcuts that I did not know about made it very easy for me to get around, he also put on an anti virus program and set up a separate password for my 9yr old Grandson when he wants to play games, a lot of these games have viruses and now Rick has fixed that and I no longer fear when Grandson plays games.
